Didn't actually get to stay. Arrived after check-in had closed so called the number shown on the notice to get the code to open the safe where we were told the key would be. Was told that I would receive an email instructing what I needed to do and to call back after I had agreed to their policy. Got the email only to find they wanted me to pay a large deposit online which, I was assured, would be refunded when I paid the bill at check out. Phoned back and pointed out that I had already paid so would not need to settle the bill on check out. Was told that this was the process and without paying the deposit, they wouldn't release the key. Ended up having to spend the night in the car.

Great pool and stay for our family

Liked the townhouse feel with two floors, i.e., liked kitchen, dining room and living room on lower level, then bedroom and bathroom on upper level.

We booked hotel due to the beautiful way it was depicited on the internet. Everything looked very glamous & holiday resort like giving the impression it was just one appartment block with a huge pool. However when we arrived it was far from glamous!! It's a large area of very run down appartment blocks with no street lighting. When we arrived to our room we quickly realised that the rooms adjacent to us were actually being permanently occupied and obviously being used as a hostel. This created alot of noise as people were drinking alcohol. We didnt feel safe here. Definitely wouldnt recommend it to young girls travelling. There was no room service and when we asked for an extra pillow & towels this was not available. Won't be back.

The quartier des chartrons is a great location within Bordeaux city center. Easy access to many areas and tourist places. Loads of lovely restaurants at the door step. Accommodation basic but clean.

We reserved 2 rooms at 6pm. At 8pm I called the hotel to tell them that I'm going to reach when the reception is already closed so they can give me check in instructions. They told me that they don't have any reservation in our name. We contacted hotels.com virtual agent that "tried her best" but didn't really help us at all. When we reached to the hotel at 10pm we called the hotel number and they solved the issue that took over an hour. So at 11:30pm we finally got our 2 rooms in wich there was intense tobacco smell and the kitchen sink blocked. They fortunately gave us new room but the cleanliness was still 3/5. I will like to still thank the hotel for giving us the rooms even they didint get the reservation but overall a big disappointment. Hotels.com has to improve their speed of reservations reaching the hotel and the hotel itself has to improve the cleanliness.

We arrive late in the night because there was high traffic in Paris and when we arrive it was difficutl to find the place and the correct way to put inside the car. One of the doors didnñt opened with the code provided.

The room was comfortable & the stuff very friendly

A rather frightening place to stay. The property has not been maintained very well, interior or exterior. We couldn't tell if it was a permanent residence or a hotel.

The stay was good however the apartments were too far out the city . Last bus was 7pm and taxis home were too expensive. Also the apartments were very rural

It was not the cleanest place. The check out could have been later than 10.00 am. Ipaid 5 Euro extra for checkinh out at 12 midday. The guy at reception was friendly.

The hotel appears to be a combination of longer stay accommodations and short stay accommodations. The accommodations were clean but in need of renovations and repair. The reason for selection was due to having two rooms and its location near the airport (approx. 15 minutes away) for our early morning flight. Our stay comprised of two nights. Housekeeping services is not provided daily. In the evening of our second night, we noticed that there was no spare toilet paper and the roll was almost done. We did call (using our cell phone as phone in room did not work) the contact number provided at check-in as reception is only open for a few hours morning and afternoon. We were disappointed to find out that there was nobody to assist us on site.

Restaurant only does breakfast. No Wifi available except at reception and the occasion that I tried it, it didn't work. Bus stop outside hotel but buses do not run according to timetable (if at all) - I never saw one despite standing there for an hour on 2 days

Stayed 1 night. Arrived to Fi d reception closed. No wifi though advertised as free wifi throughout. This is a lie. And is not acceptable. Gate code was emailed to me....very useful without wifi!!!!

The hotel requires renovation. The time to reach downtown is enormous considering the traffic under narrow and one way roads.

Hotel was HORROBLE!!!!!!!! Don't ever go there!!!! Staff unfriendly !!!!!! No elevators, you should use the stairs to bring your luggage to the room. The are ANTS in the room. Very old towels that doesn't look clean. No WI-FI, small TV with limited channels.
