The room is very smelly and dank. The air conditioner was not working properly. It made noise every 5 minutes which made me couldn’t sleep at all. 2 sleepless nights and i would never come back.

Hotel location near the sea, convenient transportation, reasonable room rates. The hotel has a car to Hoi An, cycling available. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. However, the old steam room needs an upgrade compared to the 4 * standard. Suitable for family vacations.

Because my family had young children, I asked the staff to give me a room on the first floor. The staff upgraded me to a river view room, the room area increased without any extra charge. Rooms are not new but quite clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Resort near the sea so very convenient. With an average price, River Beach is a reasonable choice.
