Extremely small room, with a desk of strange form (seems taken from another place) that has no connection to the room. If someone is sitting at the desk, he must get up for another person to pass. Definitely not a room for two. No fridge, TV that takes half of desk space, so I had to sit on the right side where the desk almost meets the bed with less than one foot distance. To get up I had to push the chair sideways, because was already flash to the bed. Safe box in the wardrobe. Very slow Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom is OK, but not much space for towels. Amazing shower with all sides massage that one will appreciate after long walks in the city. Nice balcony but looks towards the street and is very noisy. The window and the door are single glass type and transmit noise easily. We were lucky to get the room at the end of the corridor, so no passing-by guests’ noise. Huge hotel with almost no parking space. There are 12 regular parking spaces, 2 handicap ones that are always occupied by non-handicap cars and one electric car parking space with charger. There is a high chance you will find a place on the street. Nice foyer, coffee machine and vending machine, helpful personnel. Indoor pool.

Popular for large travel groups. Very good bakers and pizzeria nearby. Bit of a trek into the old town. Breakfast fairly expensive. Pool OK, a bit run down. Reception staff very helpful, baggagerie etc.Excellent WIFI.

Absolutely awful. If I can rate zero points I would. It's not worth a star. Initial welcome was absolutely unnecessary. Receptionist was totally rude when approached. She sighed very loudly. I was given a room without balcony whereby I booked a room with balcony. When I approached her she huffed and puffed and left the front reception. I was then met by another reception whom demanded proof of balcony booking. Totally unnecessary nor professional behaviour . I was eventually given a balcony room however I was not impressed so I took the room without balcony. The rooms were dark and the walls me carpets were pretty dirty. Definitely not worth the money. As for the pool, it was refreshing however the shower and toilet bye the pool was totally unacceptable for Corsican standard. I would accept it in a third world country 20 years ago but not in France in 2018.

Good location and fine for an overnight. Air conditioning wasn't very effective in the room and some aspects were in need of updating - but the hotel was clearly starting to update various parts. Fantastic reception staff. Very friendly. Quiet location also.

Hotel is good value for the money. It is about 15-20 min walk from city center, and there is a bus that can take you there cheaply. It is close to ferry ports. The quality of the wifi service was inconsistent. The photo attached shows a ferry used between Marseille and Ajaccio, about 10 min walk from the hotel.

The best thing about the hotel is the view across the bay and the mountains. The rooms are a good size and the bed is comfortable. Facilities are due for an update, but the hotel represents a good value if old fashioned curtains don’t matter to you. The WiFi is however not good. You may have to go to the lobby to get a signal where it always worked reliably.

The hotel was fine - some of the decor seemed to be from the 1970s or 80s, but the room was clean, the bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning was top notch. Location was good - lovely views of the harbour and the mountains from the balcony and only a 15 minute walk from the centre, with a good bus service as well. A small-ish pool on a sun-trap terrace was a nice way to finish off the afternoon, although space was limited. We did not have breakfast included, but there was a good bakery at the end of the road which did a very reasonable 'formule' for breakfast and also some good baguettes and salads for lunch. There is a port area with several restaurants within 10 minutes' walk which worked well for the evening meal, and the hotel bar offered a reasonably priced 0.5lt of the local beer to round the evening off.

No complaints about the hotel or the front desk staff, who were very helpful and friendly, however I was charged twice (once by Expedia, once by the hotel) and am still waiting for my refund, after several emails back and forth with the hotel. For this reason alone, I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in Ajaccio with easy walking to most of the attractions, restaurants and the harbour facilities. The hotel staff were excellent and most helpful, very considerate when it came to leaving the vehicle after checkout so that we had a place for it to stay until it was time to board the ferry. The hotel certainly suited us and our needs.
