On a passé un agréable séjour. Rien à dire c'est le Top !

I stayed 2 nights and could enjoy the confort of the room and bathroom as well as the breakfast in the room. I had a good rest in the beautiful city of Saint Amand les Eaux.

Chambre confortable, salle de bains de grande taille. Très bon petit-déjeuner frais et varié. Il nous a été facturé lors de l'enregistrement alors que nous l'avions déjà payé lors de la réservation - heureusement nous nous en sommes rendu compte après ! Juste la vue de la chambre au 1er étage face au parking qui n'était pas idéale.

Excellent place but a bit far from the centre of town

I was on a business trip. Very good hotel, nice room, very clean and quiet.

Bedrooms are fairly spacious and comfortable. Onsite restaurants at the casino is always useful when on business with not much time. Overall one of the best value for money in the Valenciennes area. I would say the big let down is breakfast which is below standards for a 4* hotel. Wifi registration could be simplified.

Very good hotel. But only one staff speaks English. Even though we asked for double bed, they gave us two single beds put together, wasn't ideal for young couples like us, the staff want very helpful on this. Overall good thoug

We stayed one night on our way across Europe. Hotel was comfortable and good restaurant choices on site at Casino

We were just looking for a hotel for a night in a small town not too far from Lille. We found this hotel somewhat surprising. The accommodation and breakfast were fine. The location was outside town and a car drive if you wanted to dine at a restaurant in town. The hotel itself has a casino and restaurants attached. We would not recommend using the attached restaurant as the prices seemed too high for the quality and artificial setting (trying to be a Las Vegas casino with clouds painted on the ceiling, but failing) - but it seemed popular with the locals. It may be a good place for conferences or gambling, or just for a night's sleep, but we won't go there again.

bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée, salle de bain parfaite, environnement verdoyant, hôtel qui convient pour les amateurs du Pasino ou les personnes en voiture, accès compliqué depuis la gare

Tres bon rapport qualite/prix. Le Personnel a ete tres agreable et accueillant. Le petit dejeuner (en supplement) est de bonne qualité et copieux. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.
