When we check out the employee told us you need go out right now!! At 12:10 pm , he doesn’t give us time or help us , but at all the hotel is fair

A great hotel but … we ordered a double bed and received two adjoined once. Not the perfect stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly . Breakfast interesting. Would recommend . Only draw back were the pillows. Like boulders , not square .

Amazing property! Would definitely recommend for first time visitors wanting to stay centrally. Easy walk to all places!

Very nice hotel

Stayed at this property for 3 nights. Nice hotel in a great location.Middle of Gran Via with shopping, restaurants, safe, easy access to metro and walkable to many monuments.

Our main problem was the AC. Weather was kinda hot and they had a general cooling system for the all rooms which doesn’t work well, our room was always hot and the sound of air fan was very loud.

Localización Excelente. Empleados muy amables. Cama súper cómoda. Lo único que no me gustó fue la bañera. Demasiado alta y resbalosa. Me sentía un poco insegura al bañarme.

Good service, breakfast, and very clean

The hotel is clearly going down the hill. Unprepared and not welcoming staff, not very clean rooms, trouble with air conditioning.. Plus the rooms are so badly designed that there are no hangers for the clothes or shelves
