The property was great, except the elevator wasn’t working and it wasn’t easy for my aunt who is handicapped to be going upstairs.

Everything was great feom check in to check out. Breakfast is great. Beds are really comfortable. 1st floor is really noisy. 2nd floor smelled like mold as soon as we can off elevator. Everything was clean and will choose to stay on my monthly visits

I’ve stayed here a few times before and had pleasant experiences but this time was okay at best. Tried for an early check-in. The online check-in gives you the option but was told the manager declines them. If they would say they can’t do an early check-in because they don’t have one room available I understand, but that was not the case. I got an early check-in last time I stayed there and it was one of the reasons to go back. So I had to do the 3pm check-in which I scheduled through the online process the day before arriving. When I got there at 3pm there was not a room available that I reserved. I had to downgrade or wait 90 minutes. I downgraded. Inside the room the TV is small. Not ideal but okay. But for some reason about 20% of the channels were audio only. Cable networks, movie channels, etc. Quite a few of them. The breakfast was again okay. There were no oats. Only one yogurt. Very little syrup which ran painstakingly slow. None of this is absolutely terrible, but all of it made the experience only okay at best. The good thing is the outlet mall is very close. It’s in a safe neighborhood with easy access to the interstate. The cleaning staff did a good job and is helpful.

Clean and convient to shopping. Good breakfast but since it was crowded needed to be restocked and wasn't.Was an excellent place to stay and would definitely stay again.

Fridge not working, worn out furniture, red stains in carpet and very uncomfortable bed.

Staff was friendly. Good location, but... 1. Hotel - has meldew smell to it. Pool was out of service. Gym too was out of service. Breakfast - toaster broken. Bread/bagels stale. Not much of a selection as the eggs are already prepared with only 1 choice of meat already scrambled together. 2. Room - AC kept making strange noises all night long. Beds are so uncomfortable (too too firm). Has mildew smell to it. Kept hearing ice-make starting at 4:30 AM!! And can hear someone else's alarm clock going off at 5:30 AM. And stayed on for at least 10minutes !!
