It is located on the center square of town. I could not get any balcony suites, she said they were not available at the time. The bathroom faucet was loose and ready to fall off. We had to play with it to keep it flowing. The shower door/to wall had mold. The beds were comfy. The staff was friendly. Because it sits next to many restaurants it is loud at night. I can tolerate one night but not more than that.

We choose a room with balcony according to the web side of expidia with the price expidia show then when try to get the room they say the price was wrong and they gives us a different room

No hot water, TVs didn't work, noisy until midnight every night, no internet, elevator didn't work for 3 days and we were on the third floor This is a 330 year old building, and it really needs to be renovated. The staff were nice, and the rooms were clean. The location is excellent---right on the zocalo. It is not comfortable and is lacking in so many ways.

Parking was hard to find. I am lucky to speak Spanish because I had to ask around town to find the streets. I recommend to call the front desk upon arrival to ask for the parking address. Please advice people to find the “Registro Civil” building, when I searched the name and number of the street, Google maps and Waze showed 5 different spots.

Tenian cucarachas, el elevator se descompuso dos veces se fue la luz por 24 hrs y solo decian ya llega en un rato y así nos trajeron todo el día

El hotel se encuentra con muy malas condiciones de limpieza, el aire acondicionado, muy obsoleto y hace mucho ruido durante las noches. Me encontré una cucaracha en mi habitación y no fueron a hacer la limpieza, a pesar de qué lo reporte, el estacionamiento, muy pequeño, los colchones de la habitación, aguados y viejos Las toallas muy sucias, en general, mala calidad de Hotel

La propiedad necesita mucho mantenimiento la regadera estaba oxidada. Las sabanas estan manchadas muy viejas el servicio es exelente

Great location but the hotel was empty and not clean. We had three rooms, one of the rooms had chips under the bed, the other room seemed like it was being renovated it had touch up paint covering the mold and the toilet bowls and showers were awful in all three rooms

The hotel is not what is shown on the pictures. Rooms smell and it feels dirty. Staff is not friendly nor help. We had to take our own baggage down to the room and out to the car. Will never stay there again.

Very charming hotel! I loved the old, antique feel, upgraded with some modern touches. The overall historical feel was preserved, and the nice modern touches in the bathroom blended in, without taking away from the old charm. Service was also excellent - all of the women at the reception desk were super nice and friendly.

they gave my room to someone else and canceled my reservation and left me to sleep in my car because I couldn't find vacancy elsewhere. they DID NOT REFUND MY PAYMENT!! I AM VERY UPSET.
