Amazing breakfast and excellent service

The hotel was really well appointed just 5 mins walk from the tram that takes you into the centre of Dortmund for just €2:90. The room was very clean and breakfast was lovely. One of the receptionists didn’t speak English but she tried to understand and we managed to communicate. Good price. Would recommend.

Good hotel. Staff friendly. Not used to continental style breakfast so can't really comment on that. There was lots of variety in the breakfast but nothing i'm particularly fond of. No air-conditioning in my room and it was a very warm weekend but at least it didn't get direct sunlight. Sauna! Not that I used it though. Close (3 minute) walk to the nearest U-bahn stop. Kiosk right across from hotel entrance and supermarket 3 minutes away near U-bahn stop. Mini bar in rooms. I didn't take anything from it but having a proper fridge was useful for beverages and my medicine. I would definitely go back.

Very nice hotel experience spoilt by being stopped by police as I pulled into street of the hotel - I think it’s a scam to fine tourists- I had to pay €30 twice as ‘it was my lucky day’ that I wasn’t being charged €250. I was stopped because I’d gone though a red light - untrue- in fact I’d pulled out of a petrol station immediately before turning into hotel street. How convenient they were waiting close to the hotel! Aside from that unpleasant experience the hotel is very comfortable and clean good shower and excellent breakfast in a very pleasant dining area with nice view. Staff were friendly if a bit depressed.

The hotel is located in a quite area with good local access. There are many free parking space on the steet and area looks very safe. Stuff are very friendly and trying to help. Room furnitures are a bit old but very clean! There was a little Haribo sweat on the bed as a welcome treat and it gave a very welcoming vibe! The lighting was not good! Nothing at all on the ceiling! Only one floresant bulb under curtains which was hurting the eyes and two small bed lights!! Pillows are too light and soft! I had to use 3-4 pillow to be able to sleep well! At checkout, a very nice gentleman offered me a bag of Christmas gift! Very nice of him and the hotel! In overal, I do recommend this hotel, although they need to do some improvements!

Went for the football, easy transport links in to the centre as the tram stop is 1 minute away, the staff were very friendly and helpful, I would consider staying there again

great hotel would recommend to anyone visiting Dortmund. staff were fantastic,friendly,and very helpful, meals were great. room very comfortable. not to far from city centre, short walk to tram stop.

Friendly hospitable staff. Clean and tidy room and common parts Two minutes walk to the U to get to the centre of the City.

The hospitality offered to us as 3 football fans abroad was incredible.. from arranging taxi's to using the hotel PC to providing late breakfasts was the best we could possibly receive. All staff day and night from desk staff to cleaners all shared the same friendly approach and this despite our team beating theirs. I will certainly use the AKZENT chain of hotels again ad will recommend to all. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and so welcome. :)

Man hat sich von Ankunft bis Abreise sofort wohl gefühlt. Für 1 Nacht völlig ausreichend. Frühstück war sehr, sehr gut!

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Saubere Zimmer, sauberes Bad. Familiengeführtes Hotel. Die Herren Westermeyer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und wertgeschätzt. Auch das andere Personal, sei es abends an der Bar oder Morgens beim Frühstück ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

einziger Nachteil: wenig Parkplätze in der Nähe. Positiv: Sauberkeit und guter Service

Det var svært at finde en parkeringsplads, dårlig belysning, især på badeværelset, WI-FI virkede ikke på værelset.
