I stayed here 6 months ago on my way to Mazatlan. Now I’m on my way back. The property to easy to get to, has secure parking and complimentary breakfast. That’s all I’m looking forward when on the road.

The cleaner lady, was very nice and polite

People are nice/friendly, Hotel needs remodeling and upgrading, feels like a was in the late 70s, also the rooms need a deep cleaning, a lot of spider webs on the ceiling and the towels are extremely rough, sink pop-up broken, and shower drain needs cleaning. Room 223

We have stayed there before. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Internet works well. Parking is very secure.

The toilet didn't have a seat, so I went to reception and asked to change rooms. Their response was not pleasant, they said that the bathroom was like that because it was for people with disabilities and that I should have noticed when making the reservation. The manager's response was very absurd and she never showed her face... she did it through the receptionist.

Great stay. Friendly staff both hotel and restaurant. Good location on the main ave. Carl's jr right across the street and an Oxxo. 20 mg. drive from the airport. Excellent breakfast (buffet style). Good selection of cable channels with Cinemax and HBO included. Decent wi-fi speed. Swimming pool and kids pool but not climate controlled, so it might be a little chilled. Housekeeping available daily. On site parking available. Decent bed and pillow. Amenities available.

Cindy, Fabiola and the elder gentleman working the parking were all very helpful, friendly and efficient.

The facility and staff are in dire need of a renovation.

EL lugar necesita mucho mantenimiento, y mejorar en la limpieza, la habitación tenia mucho aroma a humedad, la taza del baño estaba suelta y en la regadera habla cabellos largos de un cliente previo, eso habla de mal aseo. Hace unos años me hospede en el mismo lugar y mi experiencia fue increíble, ahora tengo la convicción de no volver.
