It was convenient to drive and park in Brugge then retreat a few miles away from all the chaos of so many tourists. A very nice property.

Staff are brilliant, the rooms and hotel facilities are very clean, food In the restaurant was lovely. Stayed in this hotel a few times and it’s always brilliant. Highly recommend it.

Was a very nice hotel.

Booked a double and a twin, got assigned two doubles. The staff did swap the room but it took 15 minutes and we were tired after a long journey. EV chargers were out of order.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay staff were great our room was lovely, easy to get to and park. We will definitely be staying here again

Good location, very quite. Staff was very nice and friendly. Rhe town is wonderful a must see.

Restaurant on site, good variety, and morning breakfast. Easy parking and access to the city.

Third time staying here- it is always lovely and the staff are so polite. Easy enough to get into Bruges via taxi. Would definitely come again.

I notified the property I would be a late arrival, and they responded no problem, check in could be 24/7. On arrival at 11pm there wasn't anyone at reception, I waited 5 minutes and then went to the bar to find someone. That person came to reception and checked me in. I asked for directions to the room and was told to go 'over there, it's on the first floor'. I had room 128, but I could only find up to room 127 on the first floor. I returned to the reception and the person accompanied me to show me to the room, except after a full tour of the first floor, he couldn't find it either. Eventually we found it in an annexe to the hotel. It really wasn't a good start to a late arrival for a tired person. The room was very nice, very comfortable and clean.

This hotel was so accommodating of all requests, and all of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. The beds were exceptional and we could not fault any of the facilities. The taxi shuttle they can arrange for you is also incredibly useful. We would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Bruges!

Quiet, clean & tidy, Garage to keep our bikes in, Good taxi or shuttle service into town, Bistro staff good. Buffet breakfast good and replenished. Fridge & tea coffee in room. Our room was next to the boiler room, so was toasty, all of the time.

Although it’s rated 4 stars, it’s far from the truth. I had to pay extra for the city fee, even though it was already paid in advance. The room was dirty, with damaged and stained furniture, and filthy armchairs. Despite paying for three people and clearly stating that we have a baby, they asked for an additional €30 for a baby coat. Soundproofing was non-existent; starting at 6 AM, doors slamming in the hotel hallway woke up my child, and we couldn’t sleep afterward. Definitely avoid if you’re traveling with kids!

we were staying here because we were leaving Bruges in the morning and had no need to stay in the city. the property was very nice; the service was personable. the restaurant on site was decent. the rooms were above average, and it was decent value for the money.

Great for car parking if you need one. Room was as advertised and had everything we needed. Nice complimentary bottled water & chocolate. Dinner in the Bistro was ok. Not a lot of choice and service was a bit lacking. Overall though, a good experience.
