We cant use the pool because a soviet union decision that we have to ware a cap for the hair.

Very clean and beautiful property

Bruno at check in was very friendly and was able to get us into our room early after we arrived ahead of schedule. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Area is a little rough but is only a five minute walk from hotel to train south to central Milan or north to Como. Big luxury condo building under construction across the street which should improve the area. I’d be interested to see what it is like five years from now.

Very clean, comfy beds, large bedroom, decent breakfast! Location is great, right outside train station with excellent pizza restaurant almost opposite. Pizzas start at 4.50 euro made in wood fired oven. Excellent value

For us, everything was perfect. Professional & friendly staff. Clean & spacious suite. Approx 5 mins Malpensa Express that brings you to airport or Milan Centrale. Local food & people that are amazing. Close to the Most Beautiful church I’ve seen so far. Truly Blessed. Grazie!

Great hotel, large room for family. Maid left sweets for children which went down well. Breakfast good and very close to train station. Would stay again.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast and bar. Very basic fitness suite and rather strict pool usage requirements. Mattress was half collapsed on one side but otherwise comfy and well presented. I would stay again

Location! The perfect place to stay to visit Milan, Lake Como, and Malpensa airport by train. ALDI and great restaurant just across the street. Fabluous breakfast buffet.

An ID card or passport was required for check in as per Expedia description, once there, a hotel staff said EU ID card applies for check in and not ID cards from other countries. Expedia has to update the description for check ins.

The location is ideal, as you can easily access Milan, Lake Como and Malpensa Airport without much hassle.

All good but the room was not ready even at the said check in time as it was so busy

The room is big and comfortable, the breakfast is rich and tasty. We enjoyed using the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath

Staff friendly and very helpful, good amenities. Good restaurant. Ideally situated between Milan and lake Como, railway station a 5 minute walk away.
