Obviously management fails, stayed for 4 days with my partner. Staff are nice and tried their best to make things work but it's just too stretchy for them to patch the existing failed system. Good swimming pool and sauna but no staff in swimming pool The swimming pool and the sauna are good, and well maintained, We were asked to purchase a swimming hat on check in to use the swimming pool, but no one were actually using hat, and no one was enforcing it at the pool. We thought it's for sanitary reasons, but we realised it's an upsell. Nice buffet breakfast Fresh food, clean restaurant, and nice staff. Old Room Card system We went up and down the lift MULTIPLE TIMES EVERYDAY, to the front desk to make the magnetic room card works again. The room card system is so old like my granny's credit card that will get interfered by other ? metal or other card? even the train disposable tickets are more stable than their room card. The chance it works is lower than the Italy team will win the world cup. If you like the extra gambling bit after the world cup, book a room there. The worst occasion was when we had just used the sauna, and wanted to get back to my room quickly, but guess what, card didn't work. My partner had to go on her swimming suit to reception to get it working. After that she was very cold and wanted a hot bag and a tea, but when we called to ask for a Kettle, THEY WANTED €15 PER DAY! as we didn't book a "premium" room. (mind the 4 star hotel name)

Best hotel in Saronno

Overall, this is an excellent, modern, and beautiful hotel that fully deserves its 4-star rating. The room was outstanding, with very comfortable beds, and the bathroom was impeccable—everything in the room was of high quality and kept very clean. The hotel offers parking, though I am not certain if there is a charge for it as I didn't focus much on the surrounding area. I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location, as it is only about 30 minutes away from the airport. Furthermore, the train station is very close—just a 6-minute walk away—making it a great option for those relying on public transportation. Regarding the staff, the service was acceptable, though I believe there is room for them to be a bit more welcoming and attentive, which would truly elevate the guest experience. Additionally, while the room was generally very clean, I did notice a small yellow stain on one of the bed covers. I hope they pay closer attention to such details in the future, as the rest of the hotel's standards are excellent.

This hotel is absolutely AWESOME! We really enjoyed our stay there. Prod: Awesome and friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent. Cleanliness stands out. Cons: None My wife and I and our 7 years old twins stayed there 4 nights, and even my daughter said this is the best hotel we every stayed at. We will be back in 3 weeks.

Really liked Saronno (unexpectedly). Hotel is in a gentrified part of town.

Hotel has an early 2000s vibe. It is well located between Malpensa Airport and center of Milano. Train station is 5-10 min walking distance. Breakfast buffet was standard.

There was an Aldi’s right next to the hotel. Several food places and other amenities within walking distance. There was also easy access to the train station. The pool was great. The rooms are super clean and the staff was very nice. and most importantly, the air conditioner worked.

Our room was spotless which included air conditioning which was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing especially on the hot days! We will definitely be returning in the future!

Staff went above and beyond. We requested for the use of the sauna as there was a large group of us and they were able to make this happen for us! Staff were friendly and very eager to help with all our queries. Hotel is a walking distance to train station and you can easily access the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious!

My stay was enhanced by the service at the front desk, especially Aman. He arranged by taxis, was courteous and exceeded my expectations. The only disappointment was the selection on the menu for lunch. I would have liked to have seen a simple tomato pasta dish for adults and children. It was far too extractor a lunch menu. I’m very happy and I will return.
