Nice, clean and comfortable place. Within walking distance of the train station.

Very enjoyable stay the hotel was very clean and quiet and the family room is large, The owners arranged for gluten free breakfast food for one of our party. We arrived late at night and the owner made special arrangements for us to get into the hotel and room. The hotel is a 30 minute walk to the majority of all tourist areas and majority of restaurants and was only a 15 minute walk from the train station. Overall the stay was very good and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of all the main sites and was very quiet.

This hotel is a genuine oasis in a chaotic city. Taking breakfast in the courtyard, you could easily forget you're in the middle of what many travellers would consider a slum. Most of the the staff are friendly and helpful. Don't even think about leaving a car on the street overnight.

The hotel was clean and service was friendly and warm. Great location. Walking distance to palazzo normani and train station and bus stops.

Trato muy agradable. Todo estaba muy bien. Tenían terraza con jardincito. El barrio es lo que menos nos gustó, pero Palermo tiene muchas calles asi, incluido el centro. Por lo que te acostumbras y se puede ir tranquilo.

Hotel correcto, limpio, habitaciones amplias, a un paso del centro siendo esto lo mejor. Personal amable y atento. Zona regular, desayuno excesivamente justo pero nosotros no necesitamos más, habitaciones poco aisladas acusticamente aunque aquí más bien fue por el resto de los huéspedes con un poco de respeto por los demás si los huéspedes a las 8am no hablasen como si estuviesen sordos o no dieran portazos y golpes con civismo hubiera estado bien. A pesar de los contras, los pros hacen que no dude en repetir la próxima vez. Un 10 a los anfitriones que nos guardaron las maletas hasta nuestra hora de partir, gracias.

En plein centre-ville de Palerme, dans une rue trafiquée de voitures, comme dans une oasis, on rencontre l’hôtel D’ORLEANS qui prend son nom du parc tout près. L’entrée est dans un grand patio rempli de différentes plantes, des bananiers géants et de fleurs. À l’intérieur, au couvert, entouré de plantes, on y trouve des tables et des chaises où pouvoir prendre son petit-déjeuner. Tout autour, de petites résidences complètes de cuisine, de frigo, de four et d’accessoires pour s’y préparer des repas. L’accueil des gérants est fort sympa. Leur disponibilité fait sentir sa clientèle à l’aise. Toute l’ambiance de cet hôtel est très agréable.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il palazzo dei Normanni e il centro sotrico, oltre che una delle principali fermate di autobus cittadine. Personale gentile e disponibile, camera confortevole e pulita. In estate, piacevole fare colazione nel giardinetto restrostante l'hotel.

Hotel très bien placé pour visiter Palerme à pied

Hotel agréable et bien tenu très proche du palais normand mais située dans une rue assez glauque où il faut faire attention de ne pas se faire couper en deux par une voiture.

Location da dimenticare, nei bassi fondi di Palermo.. stanza con pulizia grossolana. Bagno di piccola dimensione, ma soprattutto con muffa sulla zona doccia. Condizionatore saturo di polvere. Pieno di zanzare a causa della mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre. Colazione povera . Personale cordiale
