On-site parking is always a bonus when accommodations offer it. The front desk staff were very professional & helpful. We ate at the restaurant for dinner. The rolls were so hard, you could break a window. The next morning for breakfast, the same rolls were available & were much better than at dinner. Food was good. Nothing around the area to walk to, but it met our expectations and objective.

Large comfortable rooms but this is not a holiday hotel. Very definitely a business place which would be good for a night near Lamezia Terme airport if required. Easy to get to and well located with a nice clean pool, sadly next to busy roads. Breakfast more than adequate with hot and cold selection as well as fruit and cakes. Spa in basement offered additional recreational facilities as well as massages - for extra payment. Kindly allowed us to keep our room a couple of hours extra without charge on checkout day

Beautiful Hotel with wonderful staff. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Gave 4 stars for condition of the room because there was a leak in the bathroom from the shower area to the bathroom floor when we took a shower. It didnt bother us much. A towel on the floor could take care of it and there is daily housekeeping. Water pressure was excellent though. Gave 4 stars for area around the property because it is 10minutes outside of town and right next to a main road. Rooms were quiet but could hear the traffic when using the pool area. There is a big mall across the street. Its a plus. Again property and the grounds are beautiful but nothing great really about the area around the property. Recommend the hotel and will stay again there.

We had an amazing stay! The staff are very helpful and friendly! We had the opportunity to take in the spa experience below the hotel and we were not disappointed! Wonderful hotel!

It was out in the middle of nowhere

The hotel is okay for a quick overnight in an area with limited hotel availability. I did not like the location of my single room (right off the lobby where men were smoking cigars and congregating). The very sweet receptionist changed our rooms three times due to cleanliness issues and beds were unmade in one room. We ate in the hotel dining room where a traveling soccer team was also staying. The menu was only in Italian and stuff did not speak English but a nice man next to us helped explain the menu and I had a very good regional dish. Dining room and menu is very basic. Breakfast only okay.

Our bathrooms were not as clean as we like them to be. We had to switch rooms. Mattresses were hard pillows flat. Desk clerk was fantastic she took care of the problems and was very nice about it!

This is a typical, new and modern business hotel for travelers going through the airport. It has a nice pool and the beds are comfortable. Everything feels spacious, quiet and new. The bathroom is big, but whoever installed the rainfall shower didn't think through the design, because the shower head is closer to the open side of the shower than the closed side, so water sprays out onto the floor, no matter how carefully you shower. We didn't have breakfast because our flight was too early, but we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was disappointingly limited in its options and after viewing the menu, we considered going elsewhere. Trouble is, the hotel is pretty isolated, except for a shopping mall, which didn't have good food options either. For convenience to the airport and having a good night's sleep before your flight, this was pretty ideal.

Our room had ants crawling all over our beds. When we informed the front desk they simply said they were sorry.

It was good. We did spent some good time but ideally one has to rent a car to visit different places.

Spacious rooms. Good gym facilities. Friendly stff.

Staff is really nice, the room is comfortable and lovely. We had a great night and we did not hear anything from the highway outside or from the hall.

From the ease of the late night check in , to the delicious free breakfast the next morning , and everything in between, all 11 of us travelers enjoyed our short stay and would all recommend going there again!!

Our time here was only 2 days, the food, service, & staff were all great. Would recommend hotel to all. Most important very clean & rooms spacious. Keep up the great work.
