This is a historical building with a beautiful courtyard where you have breakfast. The breakfast offered many options from cold cuts eggs cheeses fruit and sweets. It is a 7 minute walk with luggage from train station and walking distance to city centre. The history behind this establishment is very interesting and learnt it from the manager Francesco which was so polite and helpful. Room is large enough for 2 and clean.

Convenient location especially to the train station. Lovely hotel with breakfast included. Several candy dishes throughout-a nice bonus!!

This was such a perfect hotel! Great location! Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Beautifully maintained property with such unique charm and ambience. The hotel staff was exceptional, easy check in and rooms were very clean. Air conditioning works great!! Breakfast had many selections for all to enjoy! The staff was great and so was the location. But the floor in my room was as stained with I’m not even sure what and the a/c machine was full of water and did not look healthy forgot to bring it up to management.

We were so glad we decided to stay one night in Ravenna after disembarking our cruise - while everyone else headed off to Venice. This hotel is walking distance to the train station and walking distance to the UNESCO World Heritage monuments which were awesome to see in this ancient city of mosaics. The hotel was very nice. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed was absolutely horrible. It would have been better to sleep in the tile floor than the bed.

Very comfortable and charming, and public areas are quite spacious and comfortable. A decent continental breakfast is included, and snacks and water are stocked at the bar throughout the day. Note that the room shutters don’t open to allow light into the room, although they will allow air in. In-room bathrooms are a bit primitive, unsurprising for a building this old. My only complaint about the staff is that the front desk clerk directed us, with our large rolling suitcases, to an elevator that then required us to walk down a half flight of stairs - and the past the elevator that would have taken us to the correct level.

An old monastery, expect small rooms though perfectly clean Shower is no bigger than a cruise ship Air conditioner works at a setting prearranged I did try to maker cooler unsuccessfully but the room was comfortable Breakfast was excellent hot and cold item with large fruit variety, capuchins were fantastic At the reception CHIARA was extremely helpful and pleasant, she even help me made arrangements for next day pick up since we were having a cruise

Great location and breakfast. The building itself is pretty, the downside is that being old it is noisy, specially from the rooms next to you.

This is a beautiful hotel in central Ravenna, with a short walk to the train station, 6 of the main Unesco mosaic sites, the Dante tomb, shopping and restaurants. We had one of the Traditional rooms, which was very big, with a ceiling painting and nice sized bathroom. The breakfast includes coffee and tea prepared as you like and a buffet of cold items with alot of variety. The staff is friendly. Lots of nice sitting rooms inside and outside. And bowls of candy and chocolates available.

Pleasant hotel in converted palazzo. 5-10 minute walk from train station and then to central city. Nice breakfast, lots of free chocolates! Large king room (#7) with view of garden, sofa and desk. Tiny bathroom and 28"x 28" shower. Would stay again if visiting Ravenna.

We stayed for one night and absolutely loved the character of the property. Our room was very large and had a beautiful frescoed ceiling that made the stay feel extra special. The breakfast was phenomenal with so many options, and the location was perfect for exploring Ravenna on foot. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
