Breakfast was lovely and so flavorful! The staff was wonderful and the ambience was scenic!

nice location, very unique experience with the the tall ceilings.

The staff was very accommodating before our cruise and helping us get a taxi. When we didn’t wake up in time next morning and missed our taxi they were very helpful and calling us another taxi, which was no problem.

This hotel is amazing good . Good located and staff friendly and helpful. Is a beautiful palace well maintained and with comfortable rooms . Good breakfast. Without any doubts , I will stay there again if I back to Ravenna.

The room was super clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. I especially loved the breakfast. It was a really nice spread with something for everyone.

Lovely hotel. Walking distance to train station and lots of bars and restaurants. We wondered the streets and found a lovely park a couple of streets away with a playground and restaurant right in the park. Hotel was so beautiful and the breakfast was remarkable. Made to order cappucinos and a lovely couryard to enjoy.

Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Just one note: if you are driving into town, be sire to confirm parking situation with front desk. We weren’t given a parking permit upon check in (and didn’t know we needed one), so we ended up parking far away after driving around and looking for parking for some time. The permitted parking for registered guests is actually just a short walk away. Otherwise, the hotel is a short walk from the train station and a fun ride up in a funicular, which ends right at the property.

Great breakfast

One night stay in Ravenna at this hotel for a cruise that was departing the following day. Perfect for what we needed. A late check in and much was closed in the area that late except for a delicious restaurant walkable from hotel that the staff recommended. Staff was very helpful in securing transportation to the cruise terminal from the hotel as well. Breakfast buffet was included and offered hot and cold selections. The dining area was inside or seating outside with a beautiful landscaping. Room was spacious but the bathroom is a bit small. Also walkable to the Center of Ravenna. Gorgeous architecture and offers shops and cafes. Worth the 5 minute walk from hotel. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

The rooms are small like many European hotels with a nice big bed but the bathroom is very poorly maintained , cracked tiles and the shower door has a rail that is cracked / missing with dark dirty looking areas .

Enjoyed the stay!

I loved my stay! The historical building has character and is a convenient walk to downtown. I recommend the standard double or twin room which was a nice size. The staff are very helpful! The breakfast was really delicious! I had the best expresso coffee drinks of my trip! The fruits, fresh avocado, breads, cheeses, yogurt, fresh fruits, meats, hard boiled egg and pastries gave extensive choices! In the future I would book this hotel again.

Air conditioning was a problem in my room. I set the thermostat at 22c and it never got below 26c. Appears a lack of coolant and possibly a leak. With the heat wave the room was always uncomfortably warm.

Delightful property only a few minutes walk from the train station and old town. The staff were extremely helpful in aiding our transport to the cruise port.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The front desk staff were very helpful for food and shopping ideas. The staff for breakfast were very helpful. The hotel was clean and typical of a family run hotel. It is not a chain hotel and we really enjoyed the stay.

Excellent location and great staff. The rooms were larger than we were expecting, which was quite nice. We only stayed one night prior to a cruise, could easily spend a couple days and this place was perfect.

From the wonderful staff to the incredible breakfast and flawless cappuccino, everything at this cozy Italian hotel was perfect.

Would stay here again! From arriving at front desk to checkout, all was excellent, especially the employees who helped in all ways. The breakfast was great with lots of variety, fresh fruit and protein items. The head waiter is professional and brought coffee after you choose your table. There was a heat wave during our stay and the employees did everything to keep guests comfortable.
