Safe and clean. Issues with the WiFi was a concern.

Clean, quiet and safe

Clean, convenient and breakfast was good.

The property was beautiful, the room was exactly as posted but the use of WiFi was challenging at times. I wish there was a better/clearer explanation of where and how to order food. We arrived at the hotel around 8pm and b/c of the WiFi it took us almost 2 hours to order food. Other than that the stay was good.

First off the kids who was working at the front desk when I was checking in said that I had to contact Expedia. I showed him every itinerary number confirmation number and everything else and he could get it right. I had to get my car and take a ride for an hour until the next shift came in, and immediately the guy checked me in without any problems and apologize. Aside from the breakfast which was great place is horrible. I got up the following morning and all I can smell was jet fuel throughout the whole hotel. Aside from the guy working when I got there, everyone else was very friendly and helpful. I was extremely extremely pissed off about this guy. He kept telling me I have to call Expedia. Horrible situation.

AMAZING- Merg was extremely friendly & helpful :-) The pool/hot tub was fun and Breakfast the next morning had great options!

They would not let my wife, with full ID, check in while I was still flying in. That's terrible, insensitive, customer service, not to mention a total pain for my wife.

The property was nice, and the room was clean. The pillows need to be upgraded

All front desk staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The room was excellent and in good working order. I missed the breakfast by 10 minutes. Plenty of restaurants in the local area. I highly recommend staying here.

There was no water. I mean NO WATER in the faucets, no water to shower. The toilets could not flush..... x 3 whole days....crazy. We are in 2025. Hotel should be closed if you are changing your pipes. As it's just not human to charge people for a room with no water!!!!!! No accommodations from the staff. Worst experience ever.

Manual air very loud no sleeping. Pool extremely small like a whirl pool. Very clean. Needs an update like take off all carpetings especially when dogs there and saw them doing it!
