Nous avons été logé dans une section de motels. L'odeur de moisture était tres présent. Le recouvrement de plancher roulait sous nos pieds. La chambre de bain tellement petite et vieille. Aucune air climatisé. Pour le site il est tres jolie et convivial

À mon arrivée, l’hôtel avait perdu ma réservation. Attente de 45 minutes dans le hall pour finalement avoir une chambre. Au check-out ils ont demandé un montant d’argent à ma conjointe en disant qu’on avait pas payé la chambre au complet mais pourtant j’avais payé via Expédia. Après 10 jours de notre séjour, je n’ai toujours pas récupéré mon dépôt de 250$ sur la chambre alors je devrai appeler pour savoir pourquoi c’est aussi long

Le staff nous a mis dans une chambr3 au lieu d'un motel comme demande Ils ne nous ont pas prevenus Ils n'ont pas dit la raison pour laquelle ilsnous changeaient de chambre Ils nous ont mis au-dessus du bar ou avait lieu un bal de finissant Impossible de fermer l'oeil avant que le bal soit termine Nous ne retournerons jamais

Chambre très propre, commodités suffisamment disponible, souper au restaurant exquis et déjeuner brunch généreux. En résumé un expérience a revivre sans gêne.

The room was ok, but the bathroom was so small and the door would not close properly. However the hotel seem like a nice spot for a couple of day vacation.

After a very long day of travel, we arrived an hour before check in. The elderly lady at the front desk told us we can check in as per our reservation. No discussion of a possibility of checking in an hour early. Never seen this at any hotel. She didn’t even check to see if our room was made up. Also, they don’t clean at all if you stay for 3 days or a week. That’s a little disappointing. They also advertise a mini fridge but there was none in our room. They did eventually put one in for us.

Everything was nice and clean inside and outside. Super inviting!!!! We recommand!!

The customer service from the receptionist was excellent ,i had an issue with my reservation but they solve it fast and very professional thank you.

This is a very nice hotel to come and relax with a family. They have a lot of games and things to do. I highly recommend it
