Excelent place to stay with small children. Great location to walk to the main touristic area in Guanajuato, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Balcony and location are a big plus

Staff was awesome, they always helpful one on them Martin was very helpful he really made a great hospitality and purpose over the task, beautiful building , my first impression for the picture was ok but when we are there was more that the pictures shows they need to updated they pictures and show what great they are 😉

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. On the first night, I was bitten multiple times by bugs while sleeping. I woke up with several bites on different parts of my body, which made me very concerned about the cleanliness of the room. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk and requested a room change. Unfortunately, my request was refused. Instead of moving us to another room, the staff simply sprayed the room with insecticide and expected us to continue staying there. As a result, we had to spend the night in a room filled with the smell of insecticide while worrying that there could still be bugs hiding in the room. It was uncomfortable, stressful, and honestly felt like a nightmare.

Great hotel. Only negative was the front desk person quoted an inflated cost for the taxi to the airport (700 pesos; a friend who grabbed a taxi on the street minutes earlier paid 500). When the taxi driver arrived he not so discreetly handed cash (kickback) to the front desk person who called him.

great location for exploring Guanajuato. The staff, especially the breakfast staff is beyond superb. I recommend this for anyone with normal mobility. Depending on your floor, you may have some stairs and the outside streets are not flat and you may have to walk a little bit up hill to get to the squares in centro. The hotel and breakfast was overall just perfect for us and we are in our early 70's.

El hotel está precioso, cada rinconcito es muy lindo, el desayuno es bufet y está riquísimo, el personal es muy amable y la limpieza es buena. La ubicación es excelente, muchos de los lugares icónicos están a menos de 10 minutos caminando.

The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s pretty close to the museums and downtown. The hotel staff are great employees that go above and beyond to help you. The restaurant food is amazing and the service is excellent.

Hotel is not handicap accessible and no AC units.
