We had a very nice time in this hotel.

Good location

Out of all of the hotels we stayed at during our trip in Portugal, this was by the far my least favourite. We were greeted with a clump of hair and dirty towels when we entered our room, you can hear everything from the other rooms all night, they are doing construction in the building right next to our room and it looks like a dungeon when you get off the elevator to go to your room. I would definitely not recommend this hotel

Be prepared of most unusual hotel corridor I have ever seen. My shared photos have received comments of"what prisons was that"..

Overpriced, shower not working well, elevator carpet smells

We very much like the employees. They are friendly and helpful. However, we were very disappointed by our room, 308, on the black floor. We felt it was depressing and the bathroom was absurd and dangerous. A glass door with no door jamb that doesn’t fully close? A shower with no fixed shower head? Black carpet? We will refuse such a room in the future.

From check in to check out,all staff were friends,courteous and professional in every facet of their duties.A very pleasurable vacation from all aspects. We would not hesitate to stay there again.Everything we would expect of Doubletree at Hilton.

The rooms are excellent and comfortable. The food was superb and the staff made our stay wonderful. I will be back again!

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here as loyal hilton honors members. The hotel was not the fanciest hilton weve stayed at but the service and location were great. Its a bit far from the lisbon city center but we were ok with that since it can get quite hectic and ubers are super cheap. The staff were lovely and very accomodating. We had a situation with a wedding guest being highly inebriated. Due to circumstances out of our control we had to bring her to the doubletree and the staff were super helpful in getting us a second room set up at 3am ! They didnt ask questions and did what they could to make our night less stressful. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon.

This property is dreary, all black, and the rooms remind me of a storage locker. I’ve never seen a hotel that looks like a storage facility and it had an absorbently high price.

The staff was great. The hallway going to the room looked and felt like we was in a ship container.

This is not Hilton quality and definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is a 2 star hotel at best. The shower has no door or shower curtain so when you shower water splashes all over the carpet in the room. The black design is terrible. How can you properly tell if something is clean if everything is black. The furnishings were very old with rust and cracks everywhere. The only good park about this hotel is the location.

Fire alarms went off 3 times, loose tap in washroom, bath tub dangerous to get in & out, sink has a crack in it, bath tub shower has no privacy as it is glass wall. Other than that al ok
