Comfy bed, excellent air con

Whether was amazing but hotel’s beds and pillows was not comfortable at all

This hotel was modern in many way and some of the basics had been missed. For example in reception there are no toilets which is strange. Secondly in the bedroom for some unknown reason at 6:30 am local time all the lights came on in the bedroom and didn’t go off, it woke me and disturbed my sleep. No idea why there was no explanation. No note no one in reception when I left to answer this so it’s gonna get a reduced rating because not only Did it disturb my sleep? It makes you think what an earth is going on with their electrical lighting systems. Lastly the only English speaking channel was BBC entertainment and for some unknown reason this channel wasn’t available so if the hotel wants to attract more people, it would be nice to have some English channels for those staying at the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Amazing shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. All main aspects of the stay were excellent. However there were some minor tech niggles. USB plugs not working so no charging the mobile phone. Poor TV reception. An extremely bright light emanating from the wall mounted tech terminal. So bright in fact it made it hard to sleep. Keycard for door not working right.

Short and sweet

Good concept for overnighting from the motorway. Highly automated, self service restaurant on site good value quality food. All staff members encountered were very friendly, professional and fluent in English. Overall, a very good total solution for travellers tired after a long drive.

Had a wonderful stay. Fresh breakfast and an amazing shower. Will definitely stay when I’m back to visit Toverland. It’s not even five minutes drive from the park. Friendly staff and super clean.

Massive improvement to what this hotel was last year. Very clean and modern room with WiFi. Beds not most comfy as are twins pushed together. Make sure you get a room that is not road side as it gets noisy

Fantastic modern hotel with lovely amenities and good attentive staff

It is very conveniently located close to the motorway. It provides comfortable accommodation with breakfast. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the fancy design of the room where there is a bed in the bathroom or a bathroom in the bedroom is clumsy. There is nowhere to hang towels and put the soap. It is not possible to have lighting in the washbasin area without switching on the lights in the room. The bedside lamps don't give enough light for reading. It is nice to have a kettle but it would be good to have some herbal and green tea provided. Breakfast is sufficient but limited in range.

Fantastic hotel. Beds were comfortable. No cash is taken so you will need to pay city tax or any beverages from the vending machine using your card.

The room looks great,clean and comfortable overall are all really nice , except the shower light can’t turn it on when all the room light off.
