Pretty much everything was amazing. The place was comfortable and clean, attached to a bar with very friendly staff willing to be helpful and answer any questions. A good array of optons at the breakfast buffet. Fans provided in the roomwere a gamechanger in the heatwave. Our only flaws were that the area nearby was strangely quiet, with the shops seeming to always be closed and some lovely pubs that seemed like nobody goes there? And the glass door on the bathroom that could be seen through from the bed meant we had to vacate the room, etc. at certain times so we could each have some privacy; odd choice. But everything we wanted to see had very easy transport links from the hotel, and the area felt very safe.

It was a good location, the breakfast was good. Maybe a few more things good too, but I just don’t remember because I was freezing. it was cold, there is no thermostat in the room to change temperature, it is a central temperature control and they don’t turn on at night,

Not so good. Big disadvantage for this hotel is NO AC. It was very hot in the middle of summer 33-34 C degrees. It was insane hot in Vienna at that time. My fridge was dying. Plus, no iron in the room. They charge you for ironing. If you travel in summer maybe it's better to consider other places. The room is very clean, but small, new bathroom. The location is excellent, close to trams, subway station, 30 min walk to the center

Very welcoming and friendly staff. The hotel is close to the tram stop, two subway stations. The room is pretty large and clean. You can get welcoming drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks, and others) if you download their app. There was no AC in the room. We didn't have any problem staying without AC but it might be difficult for those who can't sleep without AC in the hot summer.

Great rooms with a lot of value for the price. The hotel is simply recommendable to everybody who does not need large hotels with lots of amenities around but likes nice and clean rooms for a reasonable price (in Vienna). The hotel ist also close to the station Praterstern so also a connection to all Vienna districts is easily possible.

Rude staff....does not make up for anything. They need to train staff to be at least cordial.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating, the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was also wonderful every morning with the friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, very clean. We have the relax suite and was very nice. Good location near to Praterstern Station. A good alternative to mainstream hotels.

I'm just very sad about the interior because it's old and worn out. The staff was exellent but for our price of a junior suite my experience is that this standard is a clear 3star hotel and not a 4

Excellent and quick service, the hotel was quiet at night and the rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom was sparkling and clean.

The best thing is certainly the breakfast, varied and quality. Secondly, I would mention the price: a structure that allows you to save money, despite being in an area close to the center and well connected.

Lovely hotel, comfortable. Room service was lacking (my dirty cups and glassware weren’t cleaned or replaced) and when I arrived the wine in my minibar was open and half drunk. That aside, the room was great and the reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Overall my stay in this hotel was very good. It is located in a good position: very close to metro station, tram and bus station. Like and other shops are very close too. The room was way bigger than I expected , tidy and clean. Toilet is very big and shower is amazing. Staff was nice and polite. Didn’t have any issues.
