The shower was in desperate need of a good cleaning as mildew was growing on the tiles. The room has a window ac installed on the patio and someone complained about water dripping below from the AC running. Hotel security came to my room and asked to look at it. Let him in and clearly the water dripping is from normal condensation from the unit running. Hotel secuirty told me the unit needed a dril pan under it, explained to him i was not the owner of the room and i couldnt do anything for them and they will need to have maintenace deal with it after our stay. Security asked if I was going to leave to turn the AC off. Told him i didnt want my room to get hot while i was gone because the small AC would take too long to cool the room back down quickly and was not going to shut it off, but if they wanted to change our room we would move. He said it was not upto him and left. later that evening we returned to our room after dinner and found someone has enterred the room while we were gone and put a pan under the AC and shut the AC off and the room was hot just as i expected. For the hotel to expect a customer to be ok walking into a hot room because the AC is dripping water down the exterior building is ridiculous. Lastly the staff working here is clearly unhappy. They held a protest infront of the hotel with megphones for a while which was very loud and not peaceful as you would expect while on vacation. Will not be staying at this hotel on our next visit.

We had a fantastic stay! The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect—just across the street from the lagoon and beach, which made it super convenient for daily strolls and enjoying the water. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Kent, who checked us in—he was super awesome and made us feel right at home. Loved that there’s a gift shop right in the hotel where we could grab our coffee every morning, and the on-site ice cream shop was a sweet bonus! One of the highlights was watching the Friday night fireworks right from our room—such a treat. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Check in was smooth. The staff at check in were really nice. Carolina gave us a map of the island and gave us suggestions on great places to visit. The rooms were clean and had plenty amenities, and had a great balcony city view. The hotel is a great location, its a few minutes walk to the beach, within walking distance to Ala Moana and Waikiki Beach.

Was a great stay the room was comfortable and the staff were excellent to work with. The hotel is amazing with anything that you could want in the hotel.

Location Location Location. 3rd flr street view where we could watch the sunrise over the mountains and disolve the clouds. Three negative broken iron, shower vent installed upside-down and staff protesting poor working conditions. Loved the staff.

Convenience to everything, Wish parking was more affordable but having Hertz on site was handy.\

I like the studio apartment with king sized bed and kitchen. The Lobby is nicely landscaped and the property is close to the beach.

Room were perfect size for family of 4. Pool was merky. Seems like it's not cleaned daily.

First time staying here and already planning our next stay. Absolutely loved this place. Perfect location.
