Good location near train station.

The hotel is in a good condition. The location is perfect - close to the train station and not too far from the tourist spots. Breakfast is okay. We could hear the trams next to our room at night. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom so the bathroom seemed very damp after a shower.

Great location, best bang for your buck. Right outside of the main city and top tier hospitality. Top hotel in Florence.

Overall good stay. Bit noisy due to the proximity of the trams.

Staff was great, welcoming and helpful.

The location overall was very good, the rooms were super nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Florence

Nice in general

It was nice but for the price it needed to be more clean, there was toothpaste on the walls and something sticky in the shower floor, and the drain was clogged with all types of hairs. It was the only bad thing, everything else was ok

Did not like the fact that they would not give me a room that did not smell highly of cleaning products.

The location was close to the train station, however as the roads are very complicated ( not a grid layout) in that area, it was tricky to find. Breakfast anfd room was great.

Estadia agradável,próximo a estação de trem Santa Maria Novella , facilita muito o deslocamento,cerca de 15 minutos do Duomo a pé, confortável as instalação e bom café da manha .

Un magnífico hotel con un parking pequeño (aunque caben perfectamente coches grandes) dentro del hotel y al lado de la puerta, donde puedes dejar el coche todos los días de la estancia y moverte a pie por la bellísima Florencia. El personal de recepción (el chico y la chica joven) un encanto y muy amables. Reservar el parking al hacer la reserva

Optamos por este hotel pelo fato de estar próximo a estação ferroviária, mas foi difícil de achar . O quarto era amplo, confortável . Ótimo cafe da manhã .

Staff cortesissimo, ottima posizione. Colazione molto buona.
