The room was good until we opened the drawer to put our clothes away. There was a used fleet enema. We immediately requested another room. They moved us promptly however, the room they moved us from had view of the harbor, the new room was a view of the roof and trees. When we checked out and they asked us about our stay, we said it didn’t start off great, we had to move rooms. And the response wasn’t one of concern for the customer it was simply “oh ok”. I felt like this should have been handled differently than just moving us to a room without the view of the first. For a Gaylord property I did expect more.

We enjoyed quiet walks along the waterfront, cocktails with a view, and a fantastic dinner without ever needing to leave the property. The atrium at night is simply breathtaking—twinkling lights, fountains, and a peaceful vibe that set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Every detail made our weekend feel special, and we can’t wait to return for another romantic getaway. Highly recommended for couples looking to unwind and enjoy a beautiful escape together.

The experience was good. However, I am handicap and none of the automatic door opening system was working at all. This nees to be fix ASAP!
