The hotel has a fantastic view to the lake and volcano, but probably the furthest from the bus station. We book a room for 3 but come with an additional friend. They charged us additional 31 usd but gave us the same room.

The hotel has the nicest views in the morning, and everything was walking distance

Is by the lake and city boats are half block walk.This Hotel has everthing a guess espect as 4 stars,Amazing view at the lake. personel,very polite and profesional even the gardener take care my family guide them at the wirpool and pool,delicious dinners, good quility breakfast was great. Very clean and safe area .Thank you very much we had a amazing vacation at Atitlan .

nice view but the power of the shower water is too weak and I couldn't able to take a proper shower.

El hotel está muy bonito. La habitación amplia y la vista al lago espectacular. La localización está perfecta ya que queda justo al lado de donde se toman los botes. Recomendado!

Great hotel!

The view of the lake and mountains was amazing. The staff was very attentive and the food was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Porta Hotel del Lago.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The view from the room was perfect. The hotel restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner and the restaurant options and prices were great. Would certainly recommend staying here.

Below expectation. Service staff not well trained. Shower horrible, low pressure, dprinkler too high up, no habdpiece for showering

At the time of our stay they were renovating a section of the hotel which caused a lot of noise throughout the day until late evenings , because of all the noise we really couldn’t just lay and relax in our until it was night time when they would finish up .

More than I was expected

The views are amazing!!!! You can see the lake from your balcony and enjoy it!!!

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, which still made the stay pleasant. The location is also great to walk around and explore the shops & grab meals (along with having the convenience of meals at the hotel). Cons: The jacuzzi wasn’t hot & the room was extremely hot & humid. We had to sleep with the deck door open and still we were hot. Also, there was no fridge in the room. Unfortunately, for the price this hotel wasn’t worth it.
