The top floor was muggy, and the room had some musty smell to it. Had not been this way in the past but was on floor 2 the first time.

The staff was wonderful.

The hotel was very nice and very convenient. The only issue I had was even with the setting real low on the AC. I ended up having to sleep with the covers off to me. It did not get cold at all. I’ve stayed at hotels that are normally about 80 bucks And froze my ass off.

The room had a bad odor going in, the trash had mold, the bathroom had mold, the bed frame had stains. I contacted the staff sent them pictures and nothing was done.

First I will say the staff was amazing. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast and cocktail hour at night was a nice little bonus. Unfortunately the rooms were dirty and outdated. We had to switch rooms because of how dirty the first one was and the new room wasn't much better. We stayed at a beautiful resort in Orlando and were very disappointed when we got here.

Enjoyable stay.

I reserved a suite with 2 beds. Morning of arrival they called and said they had no suite available with 2 beds. Was forced to rent an additional suite at a discounted price. The AC system stopped working during the night and the common area was also very warm due to suspected AC failure.

Quiet clean and fun

This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were huge. The bedroom in the king suite was very nice. They gave me a half hour late checkout. The staff was very courteous and professional. It was very clean in the bathroom and around the sink/coffee area. Everybody was having fun at the pool. The only thing I would change is the carpeting in the hallways outside the rooms (common walking area) needs to be changed. Other than that nothing else. Thanks!

Great staff! Great breakfast! Rooms are nice but air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted only option was to turn off or turn the heat on to keep it from freezing us out. Overall great place to stay

Breakfast service

Okay stay right next to I-275 exit with outdoor pool and breakfast. Pros: 1. Cook-prepared breakfast. 2. Outdoor swimming pool. 3. Lots of shaded parking. 4. Okay number of DP parking. Cons: 1. No Auto EV chargers. 2. Nextdoor hotel EV chargers did not work and support limited. 3. No building solar panels and backup batteries. 4. No ?? generator for hurricanes. End ::

The front desk staff was great. The breakfast was great. The sink in bathroom was not so great especially if you wanted to wash your face with hot water. It took all night to drain and the drain was full of mildew. And going tonthe bathroom the back of the door looked like a dog chewed it up and/ or was trying to get out not very pleasant.

The property needed deodorizing.

Great staff and REALLY helpful and professional. Building and carpets are getting old with the typical sub-tropical Tampa / FL weather. Needs 2 to 4 Electric Vehicle Fast Chargers as the ones in the neighboring hotel did not work and this hotel had none. Liked the outdoor swimming pool and cook-prepared breakfast. Loved the separate living room from bathroom and bedroom. End ::
