Convenient & Easy

The staff were all very helpful and friendly

Although the room appeared clean. There was mildew in the bath tub. There was mold on the ceiling. Bath tub didn’t drain properly. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The bed creaked. The room was also too warm. Despite the temp control. Check in and out was easy.

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful.

Room was okay . Parking was good.

Keurig coffee machine and coffee pod vending machine are located just beside the lobby. Fridge and microwave only in the room. Lots of parking and restaurants/groceries in the area.

Basic but good for the price.

Easy to find, close to restaurants and downtown. No microwave in the room, old tv, and a noisy little fridge.

Room was well maintained and clean For some reason the alarm went off every night at 10 30

The room was clean and quiet. A coffee maker would have been nice.

Always a safe bet for a good price. Not fancy, but clean and safe.

Wasnt the nicest

A room mix up was quickly & easily resolved by desk staff. No coffeemaker in room (there seemed to be a public one on the main floor, but we were not told we could use it) and vending / ice machine were not on our floor. Room was clean. Bathroom sink plunger was broken, making the sink full but was removable by hand and drained.

Update needed.

Unfortunately our room was quite dirty, (both beds, shower, fridge did not work)…. We did not stay and changed hotels. The manager on site was very apologetic and did refund our room completely.
