Part of the pool for kids wasn't working and the hot tub can't be turned on so no jets. With so many runners staying for the marathon, thought this feature would be in working order.

It was convenient for the Ptit du Nord marathon. Hot tib is good to relax muscles although didn't have time to use it.

There was so much chlorine in the pool that we had a hard time to breath and my son got a bad reaction… We overpaid because of the pool that we couldn’t enjoy.

Everything was great about the hotel except the receptionist at our arrival, she was irritated as soon as she saw we had reserved through Expedia and was rude with us

Le bain n’était pas nettoyé. Le spa et les jeux d’eau ne fonctionnait pas. Il y avait une gang de jeunes adultes qui fessait du bruit et des mauvais coups et jamais le personnel de hôtel les as averti.

Chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced and not too far from Montreal. The area is great with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I was very pleasantly surprised by St Jerome too. As for the hotel, the room had a NASTY musty/damp smell which just would not go away. Otherwise the hotel was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. The lady at the counter at night was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is mediocre. Apart from the ridiculous smell in the room, the stay was pretty comfortable.

Easy to get to. Comfortable beds.

My family stayed for 4 nights/5 days and it only got cleaned once during our stay, a.d.we had to get new linens and toiletries from the reception even after they admitted our rooms should have been cleaned.
