Spacious room, convenient location

There was some brown crusty stuff on the towels and the couch bed was suuuper uncomfortable.

A few minor maintenance issues- notably bathroom door, but generally excellent.

The room was large and spacious. Hotel feels almost ready for an update. The breakfast room was so packed every morning we couldn’t get a seat. The kiddy pool was out of service, which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

We would have liked having a fan in the bathroom considering it had a sliding barn door and there were three grown ups staying in the room.

Best place to stay in Edmonton. The staff genuinely cares. Thanks!!!!

Close to the highway

The hotel is clean with spacious rooms and good amenities. It has good parking and is close to West Edmonton Mall. The breakfast is good with a varied selection of items. My only issue is the pool area is extremely slippery. While we were there we saw two people fall and numerous close calls. I'm not sure what the solution is but there needs to be an improvement made to the pool deck.

This is a great hotel, loved our stay, very comfortable beds, lots of pillows and the whole hotel and all rooms were very comfortable. The only thing was our air conditioner was quite loud but it could probably be fixed with a quick service. We also really enjoyed the lounge in the lobby and spent the evening visiting with our family which was great. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and quality food. I was surprised that there wasn't more furniture like an armchair in our room which we would have used to relax in if it was available. We only had one desk type chair which isn't enough for two people to use.

Hotel was convenient.as per the area we were looking for.staff was great , very helpful. It was only a one night stay , so not much more to say.

Excellent staff with clean, well maintained room

First time with my spouse and infant. Room was spacious, clean & comfy! Perfect for a family! So kind to welcome us with an handwritten note and gift a beach ball for the pool! Breakfast was delicious. Very close to the mall! I will be booking for future stays!
