Very good, clean and tidy accommodation. No air con, but openable windows or balcony doors. Big bed with Medium density mattress, no fridge in room. Overall very happy with room. Parking on premises if you pay daily, but free parking over the road after 6pm and free 2 hrs between 8 and 6pm. Never seen a parking attendant or warden in 4 days there. Very well located in lovely area. Swimming pool and gym over the road, cinema is excellent and coastal walk in both directions to Blackpool or to Lytham which I did. If you like Chinese then chew in lytham is excellent, there is the zen in st Anne’s, it’s good, but the lytham one just beats it, both need to book in advance. My only disappointment was there was no cooked breakfast, but we knew that before we booked, the continental was good, but it’s just not my cup of tea that’s all.

Great location. Nice upgrade to executive room.but it's beaten up.tired. lots of cracks,needs a refresher. Mold in shower tiles. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Just tired rooms.

Great stay .

Lovely staff on check-in and check-out. Room was spotless and most facilities were good. There was coffee-pod machine but the pods were awful with no coffee smell or taste, so I think they were either out of date or cheap rubbish.

Excellent rooms,& good breakfast

The room was very nice , plenty of room an bed was huge , an very clean , the staff were really friendly an couldnt do enough , an the breakfast was lovely , big pot of tea an lots to choose from , will definitely go back

Nice comfortable room with plenty of space and very clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming, just what we wanted for our short break also the dining room was perfect and good choice for breakfast.
