01/8/2025 thru 01/18/2025 I would like to thank the Sun Breeze staff for a very pleasant stay. The front desk was helpful and very friendly. Maid service cleaned our room every day, even wash our dishes. Our room had an ocean view. Hotel is located near shopping areas and plenty of golf cart parking. I would stay there again. Resturant attached to the property by the pool has great food also.

All the staff was fantastic!! Best breakfast and meals were right at our hotel. Room large with separate rooms. Bed very comfortable. Rain shower, hairdryer Kitchen included all utensil, cutlery, pots, plates. Coffee and filtered water provided. Microwave toaster and blender. Walk to small stores. Bakery great highly recommend. Swimming is not good in front of hotel. Better swimming beaches north or south. Very clean. great covered private balcony. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We had a cute pool view room with a queen bed. It had all the advertised amenities, super friendly staff, and was close to the beach and food and the airport. Next time I would book a king bed. Great air conditioning and hot water.

Staff were brilliant. Shout out to Vanessa and Christian. Great location, easily walkable to everywhere and they were super efficient in arranging cart rental, transfers. We did have an issue with condensation on the floors first couple of days but sorted itself out, need to keep Aircon on but can go as high as 73F

Location was perfect for excursions, shopping and food. The staff was very helpful andfriendle. Especially Christian whreally takes time to explain things and you can really tell he takes pride in his job thanks Christian!

Room was spotless and well taken care of through out the week. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were in room 207, corner, facing the spectacular water view and view of pool. Walking distance to downtown restraunts and shops. Only downside is pool is in the middle of a restraunt layout. You can use it and drinks are right there on patio and charged to room if needed, but not really our vibe. And the room is so cold due to AC needing to be set high to due to reducing the humidity in the room. Truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Staff is always courteous and inviting. Christian is accommodating and forth coming with all of the island information. The front desk, maintenance and house keeping are all very nice. Sarah at Jambels restaurant is friendly and they have the best oxtails on the island. This is my 2nd visit this year staying with Sunbreeze. Rooms are extra clean, beds are comfortable. Kitchen is stocked for cooking

The staff was extremely sweet just wish the set up was better. Overall great experience would recommend.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at SunBreeze suites. Everyone was very friendly and everything about the place was great! We will definitely be back!

Very Disappointing Stay – Serious Safety Issues I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with a female friend, and unfortunately, the experience was very poor. There was no internet in our room during the entire stay, which made us feel unsafe, especially as two women traveling together. The hotel was dirty, with cleaning materials left throughout common areas, including stairs and walkways. People were smoking on the balconies, the front desk staff was unprepared, and security was a major concern. The security guard on duty had very limited mobility and was physically unfit, clearly unable to respond or protect guests in case of an emergency, which made us feel even more unsafe. The so-called “beach area” is not a real beach, but a boat harbor. The sun chairs are placed in the middle of paths shared by tourists and fishermen, surrounded mostly by men, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and exposed. Overall, this hotel does not provide safety, cleanliness, or basic comfort. I would not recommend it, especially for women or anyone concerned about security.

Seevice from every staff member was outstanding. The room was huge and very clean. The view, even from the first floor, was breathtaking. The restaurant on site was delicious too. My son enjoyed the pool, especially bc we got a lot of rain during our trip.

Very enjoyable stay. Clean, excellent customer service and atmosphere relaxed and peaceful. We also had dinner and breakfast from their in-house restaurant. Both meals were very good. Will definitely stay there again.
