Window was broken and sitting on the floor. The window would not close completely. This caused the noise from the nearby freeway to be louder than usual.

Wasn’t feeling it

Property was conveniently located for our needs, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. ( Especially Kevin on the afternoon shift) The room was spacious and the king sized bed was very comfortable. However, there were multiple things in the room in need of repair. The kitchen faucet constantly dripped, the sink was stained and kind of gross, and the countertop was bubbling up...needing to be replaced. The picture online shows a coffee pot in the room....but there wasn't one. ( Thank you Kevin for finding that for us) Also the shower head needs replacing. And there was a hole in the wall where someone before us had opened the bathroom door and smashed the wall with the handle. We were in the area to visit family, so really didn't spend much time in the room. As long as the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, that was what mattered most for us. (And, of course the coffee pot) We will research other options before booking here again

Not a good place

Unfortunately our overnight stay encountered an odd smell in the room, hair on the shower walls and sticky floors. The check in person was polite and responsive, the morning crew completely ignored my presence at the desk. I couldn’t wait to leave.

I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes to get checked in. No sign to say they walked away and the tablet on the counter was dead. I had to call The Extended Stay reservation line for help to get checked in.

The property was surprisingly run down for the area. I originally only rented a room for one night and check f out the next morning. Later that day I needed another room so I rebooked. The next morning some rude lady was banging on my door long before check out to find out if I was staying again and told me if I was then I couldn’t check out and rebook. I wasn’t sure at that moment so I just decided to check out and when I needed a room again that night I went elsewhere. I didn’t get a discount for multiple nights so why would it matter if I book separately? I hardly make any mess so it’s not like they have to deep clean each room when I check out. Needless to say since they don’t want to do the job they are being paid to do, I’ll stay somewhere I’m more welcomed.

The hotel furniture wasnt the greatest. The TV looked like from the early 2000s, Bathroom tub was just dirty. The sink had lime buildup. The microwave looked like something from the 90s, the rotating plate did not rotate and was faced down. The stench of cannibis was present in the bathroom. Overall I would avoid this place, I won't be coming back.

I liked that they were willing to accommodate. What i did not like was the disorganization, service was limited, walls looked dirty, there was a hole in the wall in one of the rooms. The bathroom doors didnt close properly or lock at all. Certain staff members were less than professional.

Not real impressed with the room. I wasn’t expecting luxury at this price point, but clean and working should be the basics at any price point. The carpet had multiple large stains, two of the four lamps didn’t work, and the TV remote was missing a battery so we couldn’t watch TV.
