Nice hotel and nice staff

The room really clean. I would stay again

I travel to Bensalem 4x per year, Extended Stay is the Hotel I choose. It is economical and the stff is courteous and professional.

I wasnt happy

They don’t tell you there is another $100 deposit to put down when you get there, but it is refunded back to you after 3-5 business days

We have stayed a few times in the last year. Its very convenient to Parx casino. The staff is always very friendly. The only problem was why dont they have more then one garbage can in the room.There is only one and thats in the bathroom. Only one chair by the desk and none by the table . Also invest in a bigger tv and mount it on the wall. Other wise I dont have any issues with that hotel.

Elevator was broken.. otherwise good stay

No light in the room, thin wall, jerk next door was drunk, couldn’t sleep, no breakfast just sugary stuff. My last time in this SH never again

There is no breakfast just sugary stuff, elevator not working, this is emergency for old people should be fixed right away, not even one complimentary bottle of water in the fridge, ridiculous, greedy owners .

Nothing fancy but clean and I had a whole kitchen and full-sized fridge. Friendly staff.

Toilets didnt work in room and they said they cant fix it. I was there for 3 days. Had to go to casino across street to use bathroom

Needs work

I booked here due to being close to the casino, racetrack and some business we had in the area. This property needs some updating which includes chipped tiles in the lobby.The price was right to stay but there were a couple of things that this property lacked. The walls are very thin. Queens size bed looked small due to us having a queen size bed home. Only 3 small thin pillows.. come on. There is a table to sit down to eat but no chairs. Refrigerator is to close to the front door. The bathroom is small and only will fit one person at a time. The left dark curtain hook was off the top track. Hard time viewing 32" TV on bureau and should be wall mounted. Here is the first time hearing this. The front desk only gave me one key for us to use and when I went back to ask for a 2nd key, the front desk woman said it will be a 5 dollar charge. What!! This will be the last time I stay at any Extended Stay America.

Even though it was a bit older, I liked the hard wood floors and the cleanliness!
