A cheaper option than in the city centre but tram service is great. The food here was excellent. In particular BBQ nights. A perfect base for Gothia tournament

Exceptional value for the price. They’ve done a nice job with the updates so most of the interior has a nice modern fresh look. The staff were excellent; the best hotel service I’ve had in some time. My stay included a nice breakfast and dinner. My only issue was I had tv/cable reception issues in my room. Otherwise I’d give 5 stars.

Poss an option at Dinner time to have a sweet/pudding option too. Would like to see safes in the rooms for more security. Vending machine for drinks and sweets and snacks would be good. More TV channels and radio channels as an option too. Nice hotel tho.

This hotel from the outside doesn’t excite (at all, quite the opposite?!) however, don’t let this put you off as the facilities themselves are great & inside is so much nicer! The staff are amazing & a credit to the owners /hotel. Rudolph on reception was the font of all knowledge & open and honest & massively helpful with whatever you might be planning /thinking of doing. The benefit of this hotel is it’s quite well located within a short taxi ride from Gothenburg central, or right on the tram route, there’s an awesome trampolining / jump centre within metres of the hotel (my daughter loved it?!), the pool is lovely (not heated) & the breakfast & evening meal included is amazingly good value with good food. Yes it’s a set food option and menu but what do you expect for the price? It’s well presented, tasty & different each day. There is a great (sports bar / food place within a few hundred metres (Rancho) which is very friendly, good value for money & the food was perfect. The rooms are basic but comfortable, absolutely no complaints. We loved our time here & in Gothenburg & thank you to the Apple Hotel & staff for helping make it a great first trip to Sweden / Gothenburg!

Apple Hotel have excellent facilties. Staff was always very helpful and approachable. The food was excellent and with a lot of variety. The hotel is well located, close to the tram lines and buses. My room was very spacious and with a beautiful view of the pool. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and also appreciate that was very quiet at night and I sleep well. I would like to thank you all the staff at the hotel who made my time there very enjoyable.

We had a great time here staff were friendly. The trap stop was about 5 to 10 minutes away straight into town.

This hotel is outside the hotel but the metro is a few minutes walk away and takes 10 mins to get there Hotel staff really really helpful, lovely breakfast great to sit around the pool and eat in the morning Air conditioning in the room wasn’t brilliant Would definitely go again worth the money compared to other city centre hotels .

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel car le rapport qualité prix est convenable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Et le repas du soir est satisfaisant. Un reproche le wi-fi n’est pas sécurisé.

En svært hyggelig ansatt tok oss i mot når vi ankom og fikk oss til å føle oss svært velkomne. Hotellet begynner å bli noen år gammelt, så noen slittasje er det. Utvendig ser hotellet mindre koselig ut enn innendørs, men vi likte oss godt. Rommene var rene og fine, maten var god. Ungene likte også biljardbordet som var tilgjengelig. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake neste gang vi skal til Gøteborg.

Det är insidan som räknas står det på hotellet och det stämmer! Så mysigt och jättebra pool och bastu. Superfin personal som fixade med specialkost fast vi kom sent. Läget är toppen med gratis parkering. Smidigt med spårvagn nära.

Kjempefint bassengområde. Perfekt for barnefamilier.

Hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Middag och frukost var bra. Hotellet ligger en ordentligt bit utanför stan, i ett trist område, men själva hotellet är fint! Poolen såg härlig ut, även om det var för kallt nu.

Vi bodde nyligen på Apple Hotel i Munkebäck och blev positivt överraskade. Hotellet ligger i ett verksamhetsområde men granne med trevliga bostadskvarter, och har nära till både Munkebäcks torg och utmärkta spårvagnsförbindelser. Det går också att promenera till centrum – antingen direkt via Redbergsplatsen eller den längre och vackrare vägen genom Örgryte och Liseberg. Hotellet i sig är som ett tidsdokument från 70-talet, med en modernistisk gårdsfasad och en fräsch utomhuspool som fortfarande var i drift vid vårt besök i slutet av september (även om vi inte hann använda den). Rummen var nyrenoverade och mycket fräscha. De gemensamma utrymmena är något slitna, men fullt acceptabla med tanke på prisnivån. Frukosten var riklig och fräsch, och en enkel men god middagsbuffé ingick också. För oss passade läget perfekt, då vi hade nära till familj. Allt som allt en klart bättre upplevelse än vad man först kan tro utifrån utsidan eller kartan – ett prisvärt och hemtrevligt alternativ i Göteborg.
