Beautiful hotel how to reach it if you don’t know your way, but excellent service excellent hotel the only I found out there was smell coming from the bathroom

Divani Palace has a wonderful staff. Very professional and always ready to help the hotel guest. While the hotel is a bit vintage, the location and as said the staff make up for it. Breakfast is very good and the chef doesn’t mind to make satisfy special request

Good locatipn close to the ancient theatre and lots of restaurants. Spa was unfortunately closed due to Corona so I didn't get to check it out.

Good hotel a little dated but good overall, Parking is an issue as it’s off site and confusing to get in. Also hotel is hard to access with car.

Smooth check in, no parking but an arrangement nearby. Lively town with good restaurants nearby.

It was very good but I missed two things if I may. I was not offered any of the benefits that the Hotels.com described for VIP guests. Also the Wifi was very spotty especially in the evenings. Otherwise very professional staff, both at the reception and the breakfast area, spotless large and comfortable rooms - can't complain. And the location could not be better for accessing all the best spots of Larissa.

The room is pretty small, and the check in person wasn’t so welcoming. Also, I didn’t receive any of the vip perks that I was promised.

Superb location and great premises. Breakfast was fantastic and fresh. And most importantly, the room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. Just walked out the door and was within minutes to shopping and dining. Highly recommend.

I am chocked that this is rated as a 5 start Hotel. I can assure to anyone staying there that this hotel is maximum a 3.5....not even close to a 4 star. The rooms are outdated and with just the minimum confort. old furniture, old toilete and WIFI is poor, there was also a lot of noise from the outside and from the central air-conditioning system. Overall very disapointing. The gym/spa are closed due to COVID, the breakfast starts after 7:00 only.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, clean, lovely location for attending a local wedding and useful situation with parking nearby. Nice breakfast. Unfortunate that we weren’t told the swimming pool wasn’t open when booking but we obviously understand why it has to be closed. Thank you for our lovely stay.
