No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed

I liked the staff in the lunch/dinner rooms. Always friendly. Not all reception staff were friendly. Why do they allow dogs? Dog poo all around perimeter of building and incessant barking from one particular dog on a couple of nights. Young lad smoking around pool and rolling a joint, told by one of the managers to smoke it in the area at the back of the pool. Have stayed here previously and I feel like the place is not as good as it was. The pool area was not particularly clean and the pool didn’t appear to be cleaned regularly.

We have a great time in this property. Two bedroom apartment was great stay with the ocean view. Spacious and well equipped with kitchen utensils and a great balcony. Off season stay in December was very quiet as we were looking for.

The hotel is located beautifully, just beside two amazing and safe beaches. The hotel is in need of some TLC, overall it was ok, we stayed as a family of 4,kids lamented the lack of WIFI but it was welcomed overall! The most frustrating thing was the hotel is advertised with a restaurant and breakfast facilities. There is no food available onsite!! Staff in the main are really nice and the ladies on the front desk are very helpful. While COVID standards are placed in plain site, there is little or no observance. Hand sanitizer is placed around the property, however, most were empty for the 7 days we were onsite, little or no social distancing around the pool and zero enforcement in place. Despite all of these things, we would stay again!

Pool well looked after. However extremely loud music day and evening till after midnight. People/staff messing in pool until 1am. Remove all yr own rubbish to local collection point(not on grounds)mop/sweep and change yr own beds and . Younger staff clueless! Some other slightly older staff very nice. Broken patio door/wardrobe door/lamp/rusty fridge/couches in hallways. Was given tiolet roll in hallway to take to our room as they dont replace it. I cannot believe how this place has changed since a few yrs ago.

It is a lovely spacious apartment with a wonderful view. Great having a kitchen for ourselves to be self sufficient when visiting family nearby. Excellent parking.

The room was clean and tidy the room didn't get changed in the week i was there it a ten minute walk to the beach and you have to walk up the hill to get back to hotel not a problem for able people.

First room had a certain sewage smell and cockroaches. reception staff are not monitored in any way. Breakfast, stale pastries etc... Outside reception area no one cleans anything, overflowing bins, cig butts dirty tables full of used glasses,, I would never recommend or return to this hotel to anyone *Hotel was full so its not like they have no income to improve the structure etc.... Manoli Hotels is racking in the Euros and spending it somewhere else but not @Apartamentos Palmera Beach.

Smells of sewage in the first room we were given, also found dead cockroach in one of the bedrooms. Woke up at 4 am went to toilet to be met by a strong S**t smell which almost made me puke on the spot. we got moved to another room which was almost acceptable.. this hotel is basically run very very badly, no one is in charge the staff do what they want to do when they want to do it. You have been warned. would not go back even for free...

Arrived around 11am for check in at 5pm. We had booked 3 rooms and were able to get into 1 immediately, the other 2 were available at 3pm and 5pm. They were next door to each other which was very convenient for us. Clean rooms and we were given 3 lots of clean towels over the 6 nights we were there. The sheets were changed once during this period. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. There was a welcome pack that if I had read on the first day I arrived I would have found it very useful. Pool was big enough and clean. Would have preferred it if the pool had opened earlier as we had 5 children under 6 with us and they still wake up early. Nevertheless thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. We having been visiting Mil Palmeras for many years and this was our first experience in a hotel.

This hotel was very clean, tidy and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room itself was very basic but ok for a couple of nights. We didn't want to stay any extra nights as we didn't really feel that comfortable. The bathroom was small, beds were small and the bedroom furnishings were very dated. The pool was empty... I understand the need to carry out maintenance, but this information should be disclosed before the reservations are made as we made our booking decision based on pictures of what looked like a lovely pool area. The 'nice' beach and town square with restaurants and bars is a 15-20 minute walk away (not 5 minutes as suggested online). This hotel satisfied our needs for a couple of nights but I would book something a little more modern and closer to the town square if I was staying longer.

Spacious, clean and superb view on the beach. What else could I ask?

We stayed for two nights in the apartment when our family holidayed in ours and knew the locality. We had a wonderful sea view from the apartment and watching the sun rise was something I will especially remember from our stay. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we have enjoyed. It was just right for our needs at a good price.

Basic hotel, fairly clean and comfortable but in need of a refurb. Friendly staff throughout always willing to help. Very close to the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants.

Lovely hotel-rooms a bit dated but very clean and beds ok. Most of the staff really helpful and friendly apart from the girl in the Guiness bar at night-looked at her watch and wasn't friendly when we went in for late drinks even though she was open till 2am! Would definately stay again

We had a two bedroom apartment Great place. We wish we could stay there for a whole week.

everything was grand until I asked for a late checkout as wasn't getting transfer until 8. 30 Even though I paid extra for this they wanted to turf us out of room at 6. Some of the receptionists could do with further training in customer care

If your expecting the Ritz don't come. If your looking for a safe, clean and friendly holiday with ever helpfull staff then book here. Only 200 meters away from a lovely beach. And about a miles walk to the town itself. The town to include bars and eateries comes alive at night and includes a nightly street market. We'll recommended for a family holiday.

We stayed in the self catering apartments for two nights, the staff were extremely helpful, we were able to pay for a late check out and also breakfast. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, we asked for a hair dryer at reception and were able to borrow one for a 20euro deposit. The beach is close by, ten minutes walk to restaurants and supermarket. The maid offered us clean towels every day.

Although our room was cold the hotel overall wasn't too bad. It had a nice pool area and the bar was O.K. The town of Campoamor was quiet, with a nice beach.....but had absolutely zero night-life. We frequently took the public bus service into Torrevieja.....and would stay there next time.
