The hotel is spacious and features a swimming pool, gym, and sauna; however, the gym was always closed. The facilities are rather dated but clean. I stayed in a room for four, but the bathroom had a glass wall that allowed a view from the outside, which was quite inconvenient. I feel this type of bathroom design is better suited for a double room than a family room. The hotel is located near the Sanctuary of Truth, making sightseeing convenient, but the access road is quite long, so we mostly had to use the Bolt app to get around.

The staff provided excellent service and were very polite. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of buffet options including Thai, Chinese, American, and Indian food.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The TV was large and had good channels. The air conditioning was cool and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was good, the pool was clean and clear, and the speed was decent. I will definitely stay here again. I liked it!

When I got there, the cleaning might not have been finished. The room smelled so bad I couldn't sleep. The chair wasn't clean. The towels weren't clean.

Booked 2 rooms, 1 room was fine, but the other room had a broken air conditioner and was hot. We waited to change rooms from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM but they couldn't find a room. We changed to 5 rooms, but 4 of the air conditioners were broken and hot. The other room had a musty smell of cigarette smoke. They couldn't find a room. We requested to cancel the bookings for both rooms, but Traveloka wouldn't agree. There were no rooms to stay in, but they wouldn't refund the money. What is this? We came to relax, but had to risk the hotel's and Traveloka's lack of standards.
