Hotel is clean with comfortable beds. The location is ideal for walking to anywhere along Reforma. The breakfast is sufficiently good enough to start your day.

Nice place to walk around reforma and make some shopping. Amazing breakfasts

We had a great stay. Staff was nice. Breakfast buffet was ok. Nice assortment of fresh fruit, pastries, hot choices. Great location at a driving distance to zocalo. Nice walkable area near restaurants. Shopping mall next door was a nice surprise. Can’t go wrong. Just be careful loading and unloading car since it’s a very busy street.

They need some deep cleaning, they were dust in the corners and the chair old air condition and didn’t work well

We stayed there two weeks. The dryer was broken never was fixed.

Its in great convenient place

I had a great stay. I love the fact that they hold your luggage after you check out. My flight didn’t leave until later so I was able to walk around and enjoy the city hands free of luggage.

Excellent location, safe and clean, the plaza on the side was wonderful.

Good location with easy access to shopping and entertainment. Room AC control will not maintain the set temperature, had to turn it on and off manually. Check out time in room safety sticker is written as 1pm where as it actually is 12pm.
