Lovely old property, excellent customer service, large rooms and comfortable bed

Lovely Grounds, and Dinning area

Really friendly staff. Lovely views from our room of the garden. Delicious breakfast. Quick and easy check in and out. The only downside is that the room could do with a little renovation. The toilet seat was half hanging off, the flush didn’t work properly and the carpet was quite worn in places.

Pleasant garden to sit in duringt he evening

The staff were very friendly & helpful and the evening menu & food was good. The Honeymoon suite was was a good size room with a nice bathroom & good shower, which is rare these days. The carpet however was a little grubby. You can hear the bar music below the room until late.

Great hotel in the lovely town of Mildenhall. Easy check in and we had a family room on the top floor - lift available. Good spacious room with a view front and back. Lovely cooked breakfast. Recommend

The hotel is exquisite and inviting. Although it is a very old building, it has immense charm.
