A lovely location and great facilities. Great staff and bar area had a lovely atmosphere. Morning breakfast was delicious with attentive staff. Rooms were very quiet, hotel had a lift which is very convent as the steps are steep to the 2nd floor. The rooms are a little tired and the bathroom window privacy screening is in desperate need of replacement. Kettle is completely scaled up and cups were also dirty so this needs to be addressed. Ok Value if the above were dealt with then it would be good value. I would stay here again even so as the bed was very comfortable and overall had a lovely stay.

The hotel was very old school but clean. The bed was comfortable, beautiful setting for the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Mildelhall was a really cute little place.

Great property and rooms

We stayed for one night in an annex. Room was comfortable and clean with a few minor niggles e.g. the lock on the bathroom. Breakfast was a good choice of cold and hot options. Worth booking in advance for a discount. Location was good, easy walk into Mildenhall where there are plenty of cafes and restaurants. We would stay again if in the area.

Rooms could use some work. The bed and carpet was old and several items (bathroom light and iron) were broken. View was great.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights at start of may .the positives were nice location , very spacious room ,powerful shower , excellent breakfast , pleasant bar area and accommodating staff. Negatives some mould on shower basin and dining room area didn’t appear to have been hoovered overnight on our last day . Overall we enjoyed our stay

We loved everything about our stay here. The staff was amazing! Easy to talk to, and always available for any questions we had. The rooms were great. Big room with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. We would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is within walking distance to several shops in the downtown Mildenhall area.

Overall stay was okay. Room was fine, not the greatest curtains to keep the light The room was in the car park and the main bins where being emptied at 5am. The ev chargers did not work, despite the efforts of the evening reception staff. Breakfast was fine, but the evening meal menu lacked any real vegetarian options beyond a risotto. Overall, an okay stay.

I travel extensively throughout the UK staying at hotels and guest houses. This is one of the best, can’t believe the price! Very friendly staff, exceptional breakfast choice - really good! Can’t fault the place, large room, very clean, comfortable bed, secure parking and fantastic location. Will return definitely for business and pleasure. Cant recommend the hotel enough
