It was clean, but the room did have a weird smell to it. We only stayed one night as a stopping point on our roadtrip.

The elevator was broken and we were not made aware prior. The front desk lady said that it had already been broken for 2 months. They also put us on the 3rd floor and only mentioned that the elevator was broken as we were heading to the elevator. I asked her why if the elevator is broken she gave us the 3rd floor and didn’t say anything her response was that there was a sign on the doors. Unreal like people read those paper signs on doors. She could have just said something about it as she was asking if the 3rd floor was okay- if there is a working elevator no issue. This place also had an extremely musty smell in the hallway and stairwell. The room was also a little funky smelling, there were multiple pieces of furniture that had rips, the pillows were miniature sized, and the bathroom floor had missing grout in between the tiles and some of the tiles moved when you stepped on them. I would never stay here again.

Nice hotel but the only issue was the elevator was not working. We were on the 3rd floor.

Our employee was staying there for a week and when he came back on Thursday evening, they had put all of his stuff in trash bags and given his room to someone else. The reservation began on a Monday and ended leaving Friday....They just gave it to someone else, said oops! and that they were full. Offered no help and no explanation as to why they gave a fully paid for room to someone else and bagged up his belongings.

Elevators were not in service at the location. I carried my gear up and down three flights of stairs each day.

No elevator and for seniors that is huge. The room had semi-clogged drains in sink and shower. Holes in bathroom doors plus bites marks from animals.

We usually never have a hard time when staying at this hotel. But This weekend was the complete opposite. The elevator was out of order the whole weekend we were there. No one informed us before hand, no discount was given nor not one apology about it. It's was at our will to "figure it out". Not to mention, we had a 5K event for a family member so it would have been nice! The lady working the front desk Friday night was unresponsive. We needed the sheets for the pull out sofa bed and it took about 30 tries to get a hold of them. Calling on both the hotel phone and our personal phone. Saturday, the older gentleman working the front desk seemed pleasant until it was our turn to speak to him. His tone definitely changed when he saw us. Not to stir the racial pot but he was rude and offish when we spoke to him but was just fine to the family before us and the family after us. *both Caucasian families." The question was simply, had any other rooms become available on the first floor since checkout, and if so, was there a chance to switch rooms. Didn't look at the computer to check or anything. Just looked at us in a distasteful manner and said, "hotel is sold out, there ain't nothing I can do for you." Saturday evening. We needed a blanket for our sofa bed, so we called down to the front desk and kindly asked if they could bring one up to our room when we had a chance. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The down side was there was only one person working desk and check in to a long time.

Very clean room and hotel. Bed was comfortable and staff very friendly and accommodating.

Huge amount of black mold in the bathroom. Avoid at all costs if you value breathing. Also filthy. Absolutely foul.

Hotel staff was friendly and room was clean and spacious. The only "minus" points were that the elevator was broken, the ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work and the stairwell was a bit dirty on the ground level. Other than that, stay was great.
