Clean, updated hotel with your typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast (good) and terrible coffee. Good location and the staff were nice too.

Impressed with how clean and fresh smelling my room was, would recommend to others.

Arrived having paid in full. I was charged a second time because the hotel has no record of my payment. Waiting on a refund of the second payment. The people on the upper floor made the entire night miserable. Very loud and poor sound proofing between floors. They were up banging around at 2 in the morning still.

Quiet, overnight stay in Iron Mountain. Just what we needed. No complaints.

Probably the nicest hotel in the area. Price seems a bit steep for time of year/area. When we pulled up there were only 2 other vehicles for guests present and by morning only a handful more - so fairly quiet. No hot tub, pool was a bit small and water temp a little too cold. Staff was very nice and the hotel in general is kept clean with standard updates. Breakfast was pretty good with several different options.

TV was mounted in the worst position on the wall for either the bed or the couch to watch it comfortably. Caulking in bathroom was slopped in corners and paint was peeling of ceiling in bathroom. Made wife worry about mold.

Very nice staff and excellent property. Attentive and someone was seated at the front desk each time I passed by. Cinnamon rolls are incredible! Highly recommend this hotel.
