Love that you have to use your card to get in and out. Extra security. Room was clean and comfortable. Check out staff was friendly,vibrant and professional. Overall a wonderful experience.

They are doing some remodeling. Rooms are nice, beds a bit stiff. Breakfast was fine. Pool is warm. Love the outdoor area.

I would never stay here aigain because cars alarms goung off even though it was seperately paid parking and lots of shady foot traffic with no security on duty. Doors propped open with honeless hanging around in fuelds around property, i did not feel safe here at all.

Our toilet flusher was broken and we had to hook it back up several times. The sink was semi- clogged. The fridge froze and a pop can exploded in the middle of the night.

Items were stolen from our room. Management treated us as if we were the issue and not their staff. Medicine and personal items were taken. Every effort was made to dismiss the issue instead of helping us.

All good will stay there again

The carpet in our room had a huge hole, one of the bottles in the shower fell off the wall while we were taking a shower. Breakfast wasn’t too bad but could be improved. Staff was great, beds were ok comfort wise but would have liked to have had real queen beds not long doubles.

Easy to move in the area.

Everything was good until the room was not cleaned on the scheduled day. I had to go down to the front desk to get towels are a long day at the zoo.

Parking is an extra $15 a day and did not see that. Nice clean place. Breakfast was fine and typical. Would recommend.
