The front door sometimes doesn’t close all the way, leaving it open for anyone to come in. Very loud and seemingly drunk people right outside the hotel has been a common occurrence, sometimes pounding on the front door and shouting slurs and swears. No staff is present after 8pm to do anything about it. The walls and windows are not soundproof at all, so it sounds like the drunk people yelling outside are very close (which they are). I recommend staying further north in the old town - spend the extra money because it will be worth it.

Nice big room. Shower needs replacing but rest of room and bathroom clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed here for a couple of nights, it was clean, the reception staff were very welcoming, the breakfast was efficient, a buffet with cooked eggs/pancakes if one wanted and a mimosa if one wanted. The room and bathroom were well sized. I was very comfortable.

Stayed in Vilnius for two days at the Rinno hotel. It’s situated in the old town and is fairly central. Even though it’s an old building, I do think the rooms and decor could do with a facelift. Reception staff are very friendly and always at hand to help. Room was cold on the first night and when I made reception aware of this, a heater was immediately brought to my room. I enjoyed my stay

I rented the smallest room which was spartan but it was what I needed for my last day in Vilnius. I would assume the larger rooms would be less spartan. I enjoyed my stay and the young woman behind the desk was very helful.

I was very pleased with the location of the hotel. The old city of Vilnius is very close to the hotel and a variety of dining options. The staff were very friendly. If doing a late check-in after 20:00, make sure you have a phone which can call their number as the desk is closed. They have a garden and I was most impressed that they had umbrellas to loan guests. I would stay here again.
