We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were truly amazing so kind, welcoming and attentive and the room was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. I genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. The only thing I would change next time is booking a larger room or separate rooms, as there were three of us (my son, my sister and myself), but that’s purely down to my own booking choice and not a reflection on the hotel at all. Everything else was just wonderful. It was such a relaxing, enjoyable stay and we really wished we could have stayed longer. I would happily return and highly recommend it.

If you want a Four Seasons experience at a fraction of the cost, this is the place for you. My suite was phenomenal. The staff was so kind and the amenities were top notch! I absolutely love this place.

We loved our stay at Muang Samui. We have stayed there before, many years ago. It is in a perfect location at the quiet end of all the action. Walkable distance to all of Chaweng. The rooms are spacious, airconditioned and clean. The Buffet Breakfast was great, lovely and fresh, strong coffee, well staffed. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location on Chaweng Beach. The hotel is not too big, just the right size for personalized service and it still feels "authentic" not like a big "cookie cutter" hotel. Fantastic location - one side is the beautiful beach, the other is the fun main street which offers lots to do and lots of dining options. Recommend this hotel.

Lovely traditional hotel right on the beach and very near to shops and restaurants. Travelled as family of 4 (2 x teenagers) and everyone loved the location. Pool was great. Breakfast fab, staff were fantastic.

It’s our 6th hotel in Samoi, and unfortunately it’s the least favorable. Rooms are outdated with weird smells, the pool is nice, breakfast is average, the beach itself is beautiful but not related to the hotel itself. For this price I would expect a better experience. I would pay a lil extra to stay in a newer hotel that might be 500m away. Gym is awful. No towels and everything is super old.

Although the hotel was nice there was a need for a lot more maintenance.

Nice upscale resort at the end of chaweng beach, far enough away to be quieter, but not too far if you want to experience more of the action. Stayed in royal garden suite which had a large rooftop area, which to be honest we didn’t use much. Garden suites below looked as nice. Pool area was not too crowded and the restaurant served good Thai food on the beach, although plenty of other options a short beach stroll away. You get the occasional plane taking off overhead but really didn’t bother us Great option to stay in kph Samui

We loved our stay at this hotel. The best thing was the staff, they were so friendly and go above and beyond for you. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location but walkable distance from the main area. You can also get a free shuttle to their sister hotel so we enjoyed going to a different hotel/beach and exploring the area. Would stay here again

Pool is tropical paradise as well a beach area and chairs. The breakfast has wide variety of options including omelette bar and the staff are friendly and keep the hotel in immaculate condition. Had a few issues with room service other than that stay was 10/10

What a gorgeous, peaceful haven this was - we stayed here for 6 nights on our honeymoon in Koh Samui. The suites are stunning and the pool area and main restaurant lead directly onto the beach. Staff are warm and attentive. Exceptional location: 5-10 mins walk to the busiest part of the strip. All restaurants, bars and nightlife within easy reach!

This was an excellent place to stay. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The grounds were very well maintained with lush palm trees, and other tropical plants. The breakfast area was next to the beach frinched with palm trees too.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were fantastic and the hotel outstanding.

This is a lovely property and the staff are fantastic. Just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and bars but just far enough a way to be quiet. The grounds are well maintained and it has a great pool. Perfect place in Samui
