Very good location, near MRT Lumpini, Exit 1, enter Soi Ngam Du Phli, not far to walk, cross to One Bangkok, inexpensive, comfortable room, has parking.

Everything was great. The room had a nice view and was spacious. The price was reasonable. The bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was varied and changed every day. We were a group of 8 and were all very satisfied.

Got a room with a good view, considered worth it, but the air conditioner was not very cool. Plus, got to park in the basement, the entrance is very narrow, more suitable for tourists because it is convenient to travel.

Not many choices for the breakfast buffet, but it is delicious. The room has an old design. The furniture is old, although it is clean. No bidet sprayer. That is the most unlikeable thing about them.

I chose this service specifically because of the parking, but there was not enough parking as claimed. I was afraid that when I got out, there would be no parking, so I had to use transportation instead. The bathroom did not have a bidet. 🙂‍↕️

The hotel is near Lumpini station, easy to go around. Everything is clean and comfortable in general, just a small minus point that I think they've changed the air con system and the new one can't cool down the heat as effective as normal air con.

I arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and the staff name ' Niwatchai ' asked me to wait cause the room was not ready. I wait at the lobby reading a book for an hour! Poor me! At 3 pm, I went to the front desk again, Niwatchai disappeared! Other staffs didn't know anything about my case, but they provided me a room so quickly. Fire Niwatchai! He was not willing to work. While checking me in, he was busying with his mobile phone. No greetings! No smile or anything he should do as a front desk staff. Btw other staffs (a Filipino guy and another Thai girl) are very helpful.

Although, train was a few mins walk, Not much around the area. Facilities are old, water pressure not strong. I stayed because it wasn't too expensive during songkran. I wouldn't stay again though.

Lampu kamar mandi redup, ada nyamuk, dan tidak wangi. Mereka tidak menyediakan sikat gigi dan pasta gigi.

The bathroom inside do not have any hand shower / bidet sprayer. Wanna upgrade to the one that have it you must pay twice the price. Very bad for body cleaning activities.

Front desk lady was not friendly. She asked 500thb for late check out (only until 3pm) even tho the hotel was empty!

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Close to the MRT station, so it 's convenient to travel by MRT and BTS. Staffs are friendly, and room is clean, with comfy beds. However, this time around, I think the sauna has either broken down, or is no longer going to be available, sad to say.

Have stayed at this hotel several times over the, years, before Covid. Service is still good, and staffs are helpful.

Clean, tidy, you have what ever you need. Amenities also fine. I am happy to stay there.
