Tamar Valley Resort is set in a beautiful and peaceful location with fantastic on-site shops and abundant facilities, making it a spot we highly recommend for families, though it does get very popular and lively on weekends. However, room cleanliness could definitely be improved, and our fridge was making a strange, "breathing-like" sound and froze the liquid food items. Despite these minor room maintenance issues, the lovely atmosphere and excellent family amenities still make for a great getaway.
