The room was very spacious and it was very clean. The pools were nice and clean. The staffs were friendly. Overall I had a great time during my stay. Would definitely recommend it.

The stay was great. The amenities and availability in the area was fantastic. Will be staying here in the future for sure.

No hot water for 4 day in my room fist day I have to change room for bad smell, no cling good n the room… the property no good mantiene I don’t stay in this place never in my live….

The hotel was fine but the rugs smelled a little when we walked in. Our ceiling started leaking when it rained a lot.

Everything was great! We had good moments together like a family, the place is beautiful and the facilities are amazing, 5 pools, movie theater, play room and a lot of things to do.

Staff was not very helpful.

This location was nice. It offered the kids plenty to do such as movies at the pool arcade mini golf. The water park isn’t what u think it’s more of a splash pad maybe for kids under 10. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the tub in our bathroom was terrible! Other than that our stay was pretty good

Wasn’t told about renovations until I arrived. First room smelled like straight mildew. Second room was cool, but housekeeping came in twice, right after I got a shower and the door tag was hanging on the door. The people staying in the hotel didn’t receive the same benefits for doing what’s on the website for “everyone”. The hospitality staff definitely made up for a lot of it.

On a resort. Clean room. Only 1 elevator. Stayed on 3rd floor. Apparently someone's room door was not aligned so there was a lot of door slamming. Shower head and tub could use an upgrade. A/c only had 3 degrees we could set it.

Hotel was ok, did not really care for all the resort amenities. Check in took it awhile as they couldn’t find our reservation. Our bathroom tub was not draining properly. The only reason we booked here was because we saw there is transportation to theme parks which we end up not using at all and kept uber because the shuttle only goes to theme park once a day. Disney Hollywood studios shuttle was we 10:45am and other parks was 7am. The shuttle would work if you got early admission to the park other than that, you will have to wait until 9am to enter the parks. There was free breakfast 630 to 930, which was pretty good. Next time me and my family visit Florida hotel was ok but I wouldn’t stay here. Definitely would be closer to the park.

Love the flooring but I didn't like, no rugs on bedside in the room.

The plumbing went out and we didn’t have water on one of the days. The hair dryer didn’t work. The elevator stopped working. It wasn’t very clean and the continental breakfast was mediocre. The maids were very on it and cleaned, refreshed everyday which was nice! The perk of using all pools was the best feature.

Great value for the stay. A typical Holiday Inn Express, with a 2nd building next to the main one. The amenities were nice- we enjoyed the beautiful pool by the lake (waterfront rentals closed the day we were there, but we weren't looking for them) and game room. We didn't have time for the others. It's a bit spread out (maybe a half mile long from one side to the other). Good breakfast, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

It was fisgusting. The rooms were not clean- showers were dirty and the shower spout was coming clear out of the wall. Water was leaking all over the floor from a dripping AC unit - we arrived after 1 am and there was only one person working so we weren’t expecting it to get fixed right away. Just disappointed in the level of rooms they are willing to sell to the public. The shower was slippery with no shower mat in the shower- seemed to be recently deglazed and is a slipping hazard

The staff was very friendly, especially Miquel, who was very kind and took great care of us. The hotel was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights. We were very comfortable. Everything was perfect. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you.

Very good location and amenities

Everything was great, i liked their breakfast, but the coffee was so good.

Hotel is outdated with overworked staff who complained about their schedule openly with guest. I had a noisy Nieghbor who was blasting their music at 2am. Front desk was not helpful in addressing concerns. Don’t recommend this hotel. Stay away!
