Excelent!!! close to the Cavern

Lovely hotel we had a great night

stayed for 2 nights . I requested a quieter room if possible being on the corner from the cavern/ Matthew street. Pleased with the room on the 5th floor . I had booked 3 rooms for other relatives unfortunately one of them had the 2nd floor so quite a bit of noise until about 2am but was expected. Staff really nice and helpful . The hotels location is great. We would definitely stay again .

One bar closed early so we were told we could go in the residence bar for a drink. We wanted a cocktail each but were told they couldn’t make them for us and not much choice of other drinks so we ended up in the car across the Road for our cocktail.

Fanrastic central location. Nice quiet modern room with a big screen TV. Good control of aircon and lighting from a panel situated next to the bed. I thought bathroom was slightly worst condition with marks in the bathtub. In the morning there was almost no hot water, while it worked the previous evening.

Lovely old building, well adapted for a modern hotel. The Beatles theme is (obviously) everywhere in the public spaces but not in the rooms so you can escape it if it gets too much! Ideal city centre location.

A hot and sticky night in Liverpool. The hotel had prepared my room with closed curtains and a fan to help cool the room down. All done proactively without request. Great work team!

My second time as a guest at The Hard Days Night Hotel. I took my granddaughter aged 16 yrs.. She loved it so much. We got an upgrade to a really large room with balcony. Thank you so much for that. I'll be back.

Overall, the hotel is good. One thing I would suggest improving is the restaurant menu. The hotel is very well located for anyone who wants to experience The Beatles attractions. Close to the train station and docks. Totally recommended.

The staff were friendly and efficient - nothing was too much trouble. The room was huge and clean.I hadn't realised I had booked an accessible room but it was fine ( once I had worked out how to use the shower!!). The tea cups could be a bit larger in the room but that's just my preference. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I didn't use the bar or have breakfast. I would definitely stay again as it's a central location and the Beatles decor is fantastic. Thank you!!

This was our second visit, we got a classic room this time instead of a deluxe. We missed the bottled water and no fridge or robes. Room was lovely and clean, plenty of nice white towels.

Underwhelming hotel for the price point and not well maintained. If you're looking for a Beatles experience, you can skip this one. AC was not working in our room during the recent heat wave and there was no alternative solution. We checked out a day early to another hotel as we were not given any sort of compensation if we toughed it out another night.

Very poor and unhelpful staff with particular regard to the air conditioning not working and hotel rooms being over 30 degrees making it very uncomfortable to sleep

Lovely hotel. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We didn't eat the breakfast but it looked good when we popped down for a brew.

Massively overpriced hotel, reception staff and dept manager have no care for guests at the hotel.

We had a great visit to this hotel but felt it was lacking at the front desk the staff were a bit rude and not very helpful bit other than that our visit was pretty good!

Room was very hot. Made it hard to rest. Otherwise, a great place to stay. The hotel is in the middle of all the action. We loved the location. Breakfast was tasty. (Beyond their control, garbage trucks started picking up trash early in the morning. Very noisy.)

Positives: Good central location. Clean Quiet Negatives: We were informed upon check in that the air con was broken but was being fixed and should work later on. It was the hottest weekend of the year and the air con did not work at all during our stay which made it very uncomfortable. We were given a plug in fan to use. I pre booked the breakfast at a discounted rate. At check in the staff advised that we were not booked and then charged the full amount. The cooked breakfast items were not good . I would advise eating elsewhere
