Staff were excellent. The rooms were average size but liked the Japanese style toilet. Bed was comfortable. Good gym but the swimming pool was under maintenance

The hotel may not be so new but the interior is so well maintained that it feels really new. The location is good as it is located just opposite a mall although we didn’t really shop in it. Breakfast is Japanese style but the only complain is the rice is not the same quality as those they used in Japan hotels.

Building is a bit old, but it is kept clean. Satisfied overall. I wish that the bath is open at late night and early morning as well

This is my first stay in this Japanese business hotel. It has a very good Japanese Restaurant on the 2nd floor, very traditional Japanese and a morning breakfast everyday. It is a good 3days stay from 13th to 16th Sept. Will be back in this hotel with my Japanese colleagues.

Great Japanese Breakfast

Very happy experience. Though geared for Japanese, the staff was very courteous to help out. Dia Park is located adjacent to 3 other hotels. So dining options are aplenty. I will not hesitate to book here again.

As a Japanese couple living in Australia, we always wanted to stay in hotel which has a Japanese style bath. Their bath was absolutely amazing. We would love to visit there again if we are visiting New Delhi again even location is not perfect for tourists. You might feel a little bit awkward if you are not Japanese as 95% of customers are Japanese businessmen. We stayed in basic classed room but it was big enough for 2 and clean.

It was a comfortable stay at Pride. The room wasn't that great (for the price), but overall the place was clean and the breakfast spread modest. Will recommend for a short stay - 1 or 2 nights, on-the-go.

Conveniently located, comfortable hotel. Rooms are well-maintained. Breakfast buffet was good. Courteous staff. I only wish the swimming pool was bigger.

Excellent property. Helpful staff. Centrally located. About 20-25 minutes from the Airpost and few hundred meters from the nearest Metro Station ( Huda City Centre ). Food quality is very good and the rooms are well maintained.

Good clean rooms and good food-spa is very poor though & gym is very small. Indoor pool was never used-Maybe because it was freezing cold!

You can see ambience Mall across the highway but it's a 9k trip to get there. But very good service-good food. Spa is poor though-needs more attention. Manicurist didn't even have nail polish! Gym is small and pool looks inviting but is freezing cold so no-one uses it

部屋は広く、ベッドのスプリングが固めでちょうどよく快適でした。何より日本人向けホテルということが徹底されているようで、地下の大浴場や和食メニューもたくさん用意されているレストランなど、日本のホテルのようでした。そして１階カフェのシュークリームは絶品でした！ お土産ショップが朝は開いていないのが残念でした。

朝食のレベルがコロナ前と比較して大幅に落ちた。2階のレストランを夕食で使用したが、同様に味のレベルダウンが顕著だった

カレーのスパイシーな食べ物の多いインドで、純和風の食事ができるのは秀逸。 ご飯・みそ汁・納豆・豚肉料理・うどんなど食べられます。

電源プラグが故障しておりPCの充電が出来ずに2日位使用できなかった。朝サウナが使えなかったのでフロントに使えるように伝えた。これで3回目。

客室の設備が古い。

エアコンが冷房しかつかず寒かった。 1回目にフロントで確認すると、warmにスイッチを入れていれば大丈夫とのことだったが冷房のまま。 2回目に別のスタッフに確認すると、今の時期は冷房しかつかないとのこと。少し待たされた後、ヒーターを持ってきてくれた。 間違った案内と対応の遅さで、合計2時間近く寒い中で過ごすはめになった。 あと朝食は日本食でしたが、とてもシンプルかつ味付けが塩辛い。

部屋に入ると暖房が設定されていたが、全く効いておらず寒かった。部屋の温度は18度だった。スタッフは事前に確認するべき。ヒーターを持ってきてもらった。朝の大浴場の風呂もぬるくて寒かった。サウナも使えなかった。
