No me gustó, el servicio no fue bueno, el baño se tupía y teníamos que llamar diaria para que lo arreglaran, no tenía cafetera en la habitación, la ducha también tuvimos que llamar dos veces para q la arreglaran, no fue una buena experiencia. Las toallas no dejaban suficiente. He estado varias veces en México y primera vez que tengo tantos inconvenientes en una hotel.

The inside is very different to the outside. It feels old and needs refurbishment. Flooring very old. Bed is too hard and not very comfy. You can’t really sit on the WC, it pinches your legs, very uncomfortable! TV system is old, Netflix casting never worked.

We had a good stay and the staff was great.

Staffing

Hotel need to renew all the ac outlets because is very difficult to connect the electronics. Food is just ok. Not a good place to stay in Pachuca but there are no more options.

Don't expect anything extraordinary, but if you need a clean place to stay while you are in the business in the area, it is a solid option.

I loved the service and the best part for me was ,how clean and comfortable was the room. I would stay again and again here everytime i visit pachuca. Thank you

Good clean hotel, centrally located

Property may be a bit older but it is kept very clean. Very central for stay in Pachuca

We had stayed at this hotel before but were surprised by several little details that are being overlooked. The heating in our room didn't work, and when I called to report it they said someone would come to fix it, but it never happened (the room was quite cold, it is one of the coldest cities in Mexico!). The lamp and wall socket in the nightstand didn't work. The towels were frayed on the edges. The TV in our room kept turning on in the middle of the night, we had to unplug it to be able to sleep. The carpet in the hallways was quite dirty. The restaurant couldn't accommodate us at 8:30am on Saturday morning because it was reserved for a sports team, as if we weren't also guests in the hotel. We had to find out somewhere else to have breakfast that morning. In general, the staff was curteous and kind.
