It was nice but the TV service needs to be upgraded. Couldn't watch TV very well. TV guide didn't match anything

Everything great with the exception that the restaurant is closed That’s an inconvenience. Otherwise I was very pleased with my stay.

Nice room comfortable and spacious and quiet

The shuttle service is non existent. The staff was excellent

The room was nice enough, but older with no usb ports which are nice to have. The towels were so threadbare that there were holes in it. The bed was comfortable.

They sold out our two queen beds as we booked for and gave us a room with 1 king but two showers… the hot tub is completely out of commission. The dining is no longer in service.

We reserved a double queen room for 3 people. Checked in at 5pm and no double queens were clean. Told by front desk staff we could wait another hour for room to be ready or take a king room with roll out. We had to get to a concert in 1 hour so we took the kind room with roll out bed. Upon returning from concert there was not a roll away bed in the room so we had no where for the 3 person to sleep. We caked front desk to have roll away bright to our room and had the worst custom service i have ever experienced. First told he did not know where the roll aways were kept, then told it was our fault for booking thrift expedia and that was why our room was wrong, then when we asked for extra bedding so one adult cutie just sleep on the floor we were brought dirty sheets. Next morning front desk staff told us they couldn't give us a roll away because it was a fire hazard in that room, but never apologized for not having enough beds for the 3 people in the room. They could not do anything because we booked through expedia. Worst stay I have ever had.

Overall this is a great place if you’re looking for a clean place to rest for a night. Service was great and check in went smooth and fast. When we arrived to our room we walked into a moldy cup of whatever on the table yet- simple enough to address and maybe a quick forget from housekeeping. Room was perfectly clean after that. Beds are super comfy. No frills- or fridge and ice maker on even floors only. Again simple and wouldn’t stop us to stay again. Safe location close to many restaurants. Property was in good condition overall

Sheets and pillows were stained. Not sure if they were even washed. Blood stain on desk chair and what looked like blood sprayed on stairwell wall. I didn’t end up staying there and they wouldn’t refund me! I will never stay at any Sonesta ever again.

Never received my deposit back for three nights. It’s been three weeks now.

The front desk seemed so unorganized. They gave someone else that checked in at 11pm a key to our room while we were trying to sleep. We had checked in at 5pm. We had been in the room for awhile before 11pm. Thankfully I had the door locked due to trying to sleep and they couldn’t get in. But had I not locked the door they would have walked into the room while I was sleeping. I called the front desk about the issue and didn’t even get an apology. It was quite a ridiculous situation. Unorganized and definitely not customer service oriented.

Requests were not fulfilled Pool closed Restaurant closed No hot breakfast No refrigerator in our room No guest welcome book TV stations did not match the channel numbers and stations lister were not available All of that led to a large disappointment for the price we paid!

Room was good, clean and comfortible. A couple of thinga to improve, I think it is great that you offer coffe machine in the room, but would sad that there was not any water. In terms of food, it would be great to offer eggs on breakfast as other hotel chains. Personnel was ok, not as freiendly as other places but not rude,
